Michael is Chief Editor at Lineups.com. He has decades of combined experience in traditional print journalism and online media and is the publisher of the Project Spurs Network, which includes 13 team-specific sports media sites and the flagship ProjectSpurs.com. He is also the creator of the first Spurs podcast and the longest-running sports podcast on the internet, the Spurscast, and was formerly the host of the News 4 San Antonio Sports Roundtable.
I grew up in a small town in Indiana, about an hour outside of Chicago. I’ve been a diehard Chicago sports fan my entire life, and basketball has always been my favorite sport. In high school, I founded a Sports Media Club, where my classmates and I wrote articles and produced podcasts. After graduating, I kept writing and podcasting on my own. Now I’m a freshman at Purdue University, and I am excited to join Lineups and continue to further the growth of the content side of the site.
Ben Owen is the Sport Editor of the Wesleyan Argus, Wesleyan University’s official newspaper. He is a Kansas City native that mainly covers the NFL and MLB. Owen has a passion for sports, and currently plays baseball in college. In addition, he has a special place in his heart for RPOs and the wishbone offense.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Eric is a passionate sports fan with a focus on the NBA. From covering various teams to the league at large for sites on SB Nation, Fansided and The 94, Eric has experience covering all angles of the association. Born-and-raised in NYC, Eric is also a pizza lover when not writing about, discussing, or watching basketball.
Josh Shepardson, a fantasy sports pundit who’s written and/or podcasted for a wide variety of websites that include The Hardball Times, Baseball Prospectus, RotoGraphs, Daily Fantasy Cafe and FantasyPros — among other places. He’s an avid Twitter user who typically tweets about sports but has occasionally been known to tweet about music, craft beer, and other non-sports things. Josh is a Fantasy Pros expert in MLB & NFL and was previously the most accurate expert for MLB.
Bill Williamson has been covering the NFL for 21 straight seasons. He has been a newspaper beat writer in four NFL cities and he spent eight years covering the league at ESPN. Most recently, he’s been covering the Oakland Raiders on his own website raiderssnakepit.com.
Justin has been obsessed with sports and statistics since the moment he was born. From reading and memorizing box scores in the newspaper 25 years ago to his start in DFS in 2013, he can always be found researching and analyzing new ways to help himself and others be profitable in DFS. Justin is a Fantasy Pros MLB & NFL Expert and was previously the 2nd most accurate MLB Expert.
John is an accomplished sports gambler and daily fantasy sports player. He’s been gambling for over 10 years with positive ROI success rooted in research and analysis. John focuses his bankroll on situational bets with favorable lines and odds. It’s a disciplined approach that relies on a knowledge of each matchup and ability to create his own odds.
I’m a sports fanatic born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. Raised on football, basketball and golf. Freshman at the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Journalism, minoring in sports management and international studies. Just trying to leave my own mark on this university and in the world of journalism.
Agu is a Junior at Marquette University pursuing a Business Management Major with a Spanish Business Minor. He is a Milwaukee native and somehow survived 10 years of mediocrity from his hometown team, the Milwaukee Bucks, and is now writing about them in the midst of their best season. He is new on the scene with no credentials but hopes to have a light Wikipedia page in the future.
Sean Leider is currently an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, double majoring in business management and journalism. Growing up in Orlando, Sean is a die-hard Orlando Magic fan, and is now a passionate Tar Heel basketball fan as well. He’s happy to talk about the Magic’s past, but it’s probably best not to mention their recent history around him.
Noah Wadhwani lives in Sacramento, California but grew up in Boston as a die-hard New England sports fan. He is currently a freshman at the University of California, Berkeley and is intending to major in applied mathematics or economics. Aside from sports, Noah’s other main passion is travel and has spent time living abroad in Denmark and Argentina.
Bryan Oringher spent the past 7 years working in the NBA. From 13-17 he was the Washington Wizards Head Video Coordinator, and in 17-18 he did Regional Advance Scouting for the Hawks and Raptors. Originally from San Francisco, California, Justin Yeung has grown up as an avid Giants and Warriors fan, watching them both through the good and bad times. Currently, he is a junior attending the University of California, Irvine majoring in business economics and minoring in management. When he’s not in class, you’ll often find Justin at various sporting events and pursuing his goal of visiting all 30 Major League stadiums.

After suffering a career ending injury as a high school freshman B-team quarterback, Emmett has completely devoted himself to sports fandom. A Chicago (suburb) native, he is loyal to all his teams. He is currently a junior at Chapman University in Southern California and thoroughly enjoys Microsoft Excel.
I’m a dedicated sports fanatic who loves to utilize data science and analysis in order to provide a deeper understanding of what’s really happening within the game. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and am now pursuing a Computer Science degree at Wake Forest University. Constantly have Ray Allen’s Game 6 three-pointer replaying in my head.
Brevin Fleischer, originally from Albany, New York, is a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania. He’s a devoted Giants, Yankees, and Rangers fan, but in the NBA, he passionately supports the Sacramento Kings. Beyond sports, Brevin enjoys watching and discussing good movies and television.
