Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Player Prop Picks
Check out below for Ravens vs. Steelers player prop best bets.
Zay Flowers Over 46.5 Receiving Yards (-110 DK)
Zay Flowers ranks 13th across the NFL in target share and easily leads the Ravens. The rookie out of Boston College is commanding attention from Lamar Jackson, and his shiftiness allows him to create after the catch. Flowers’ 6.1 average depth of target (per PFF) is ultimately limiting his yardage, but he’s reached 47 yards in every game so far.
He faces a below average Steelers secondary that has allowed the fourth most yards to wide receivers and ranks 23rd in PFF’s coverage grade. Lamar Jackson’s running ability and Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews will absorb an enormous amount of defensive attention, so Flowers should rarely see double teams here. Overall, given his usage and matchup, look for Flowers to thrive on Sunday.
His odds hold an implied probability of about 52 percent.
Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown (+200 DK)
Despite missing a game, Mark Andrews already has three receiving touchdowns, which is tied for second in the NFL. The 6’5” tight end remains a massive red zone target for Jackson, but he also possesses the open field agility to score deeper touchdowns after the catch. The offense has essentially been Flowers or Andrews, and that should remain the same here against this exploitable Steelers secondary. Baltimore likely racks up scoring chances, which nicely places Andrews in a position to score. It’s worth noting that Andrews has never scored in eight career games versus Baltimore, but their defense isn’t what it used to be. Look for Andrews to finally get over the hump against his division rival.
He owns an implied probability of about 33 percent.
Gus Edwards Over 43.5 Rush Yards (-110 Bet365)
Edwards’ career 5.1 yards per carry is one of the largest in NFL history. He’s a beacon of efficiency, and the Ravens running back faces a Steelers defense that has allowed the second most rushing yards. Baltimore’s offensive line should win their run blocking reps against Pittsburgh’s defensive line, which only makes Edwards’ job easier.
My projected game script also favors Edwards. I am expecting the Ravens to build a comfortably lead through the air before burning the clock and closing out the game with Edwards.
He has a 53 percent implied probability.
