Carolina Hurricanes Vs. Boston Bruins Picks & Prediction

During the regular season, Carolina scored 3.4 goals per game, ranking them ninth in the NHL.  On the defensive side, the Hurricanes allowed 2.4 goals per game which was first in the league.  Carolina is 6-2 in their last eight Friday games.  Over is 7-3 in Hurricanes last 10 Conference Quarterfinals games.  The Bruins scored 3.1 goals per game during the regular season, 15th in the NHL.  Defensively Boston allowed 2.7 goals per game, fourth overall.   The Bruins are 14-4 in their last 18 Friday games.  Over is 4-1-1 in Bruins last six playoff games as a favorite.  Despite the Hurricanes issues with their goaltending, I like them to go into Boston and win Game Three 4-2, with the teams combining for over 5.5 goals.
