The top two teams in the AFC South face off in this important divisional matchup. Both teams beat the Chiefs in the past two weeks and are playing extremely well. Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is playing at an MVP level and the Texans defense has been playing well. The Colts defense has also been playing well and the running game looks very good. The spread for this game is currently 1 point in favor for the Colts. While the Texans look like the better team right now, the Colts are coming off a bye week and have had plenty of time to prepare for this matchup. Houston Texans Analysis

Houston TexansDeAndre Hopkins has been extremely disappointing this season. He is the 17th ranked fantasy WR, which is disappointing for his talent. He is one of the best receivers in the league, but has not had great production this year. His only 20+ point game was against the Saints in week 1, and he has not come close to 20 points since then. He may have another mediocre performance against the Colts this week. The Colts pass defense ranks 9th in yards allowed, with only 242 pass yards allowed per game. However, the Texans offense has been very good, so they should have more than 250 passing yards. Deshaun Watson has been playing well, so Hopkins should have a decent game, but not an amazing game against the Colts defense.

At running back, Carlos Hyde had his best game this season. He tore apart the Chiefs defense last week for 116 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. The Texans have given Hyde 20+ carries in the last two games. He is their clear RB1 and has had tremendous production against mediocre run defenses. The Colts run defense has allowed 113.2 YPG to opposing teams, so they have not been that great. Expect Hyde to have around 80 yards and a touchdown this game. The Texans will try to establish the run, and will have decent success, but not a lot of success against this stout run defense.

Indianapolis Colts Analysis

Indianpolis ColtsMarlon Mack had a huge game in week 5. He carried the ball 29 times for 132 yards to help his team beat the Chiefs. This week, Mack will not have as great of a game running the ball. The Texans are the 10th ranked defense in rush yards allowed and rank 14th in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. The Colts will have to rely on their passing attack to beat the Texans.

The Texans rank 26th in pass yards allowed and 30th in points allowed to opposing receivers. This means that Colts WR1 T.Y. Hilton should have a great game. In 2 of the 4 games he has played, Hilton has had 20+ PPR fantasy points. Those two games were against the Chargers and the Falcons, two bad pass defenses. Since the Texans also have a bad pass defense, expect Hilton to have a big game this week. He is a great fantasy option and a must start in this great matchup. The other Colts receivers behind Hilton are not great options. Even though the COlts passing offense will do well, no receiving option other than Hilton has shown to be consistently productive. Hilton has 17.4% of the team’s targets even though he has missed a game due to injury. Expect Hilton to have a great game. Marlon Mack could have a decent game, but he is not the best option at running back against this string Texans run defense.

QB: Jacoby Brissett
RB1: Marlon Mack
RB2: Nyheim Hines
WR1: T.Y. Hilton
WR2: Zach Pascal
WR3: Chester Rogers
TE: Jack Doyle

Daily Fantasy: T.Y. Hilton

T.Y. Hilton (DK: $5,900, FD: $7,600) is the best start in the matchup this week. He is the Colts top receiving option and is playing a defense that ranks 30th in points allowed to opposing receivers. Also, his salary is very cheap on DraftKings. Carlos Hyde (DK: $4,700, FD: $6,300) is a decent value start this week. He may not put up a great game, but he will have solid numbers and is pretty cheap on both DraftKings and FanDuel. I do not like Deshaun Watson (DK: $7,000, FD: $8,300) very much this week because his salary is so high and he does not have an incredible matchup this week.
