Their most recent matchup was on December 16, with Victor Oladipo leading the Pacers to a 110-99 win. Oladipo had 26 points and seven assists, and Enes Kanter, who has since been moved to the bench, finished with 20 points and 15 rebounds.
The Knicks are 2.5 games out of last place in the Eastern Conference. That have lost their last two and have only won one of their last 10 games.
The Pacers have won seven of their last 10, but lost badly in their most recent game 108-135 to the Boston Celtics.

Arena: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
Indiana Pacers Starting Lineup
The Pacers struggled mightily against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. A 39-point second quarter and 37-point third quarter put the Pacers in a hole they could not dig themselves out of.
Seven Celtics players scored in double figures while three Pacers starters struggled to score.
The Pacers, who have been one of the league’s best defenses all season, are missing their rim protector Myles Turner, who is listed as questionable tonight as the Pacers close their five-game road trip. In their past three games, the Pacers have given up 136 points in the paint, a clear sign that Turner isn’t there to turn away shots or stop drivers.
While Domantas Sabonas is not the shot-blocking presence Turner is, he has done well starting in place of Turner. In his last four games, he is averaging 18.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.

The Knicks had lost eight straight until they played spoiler to the Los Angeles Lakers last Friday. In their most recent game, the Golden State Warriors had no problem dispatching of them in a 122-95 win.
The Knicks relied heavily on their bench to even get to the 90-point mark with three starters combining for just 18 points.
The Luke Kornet experiment at center has not worked for center David Fizdale. You obviously have a malcontent on your bench in Enes Kanter who has been upset since being benched. The easy solution to fixing the issue with him isn’t necessarily a trade. The Knicks need an infusion of scoring and rebounding within their starting group, and Kanter is the player that can provide that.
Even when on the bench with fewer minutes, he is outperforming the starter and sometimes most of his teammates. In just 25 minutes, Kanter had 12 points and 16 rebounds against the Warriors, more points and rebounds than the starting power forward and center combined on Tuesday.
