Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cleveland Browns Player Prop Picks

On Sunday, the Jaguars travel to face the Browns in an AFC matchup with significant playoff implications. Jacksonville suffered a surprising home loss to the Bengals on Monday Night Football, and they’ll look to pick up the pieces on the road, likely without Trevor Lawrence after he suffered a serious ankle injury.

In this article, I’ll dive into a few player prop options for this game. Be sure to use the player prop search tool above to make sure you’re getting the best odds in your market for the wagers you select. Keep in mind that weather could have a significant impact on this game with heavy wind and rain in the forecast. Let’s get to work.

Elijah Moore Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-120 BetMGM)

After a quiet start to the season, Elijah Moore has 40+ receiving yards in four straight games, and he’s becoming more of an integral part of this offense. Moore also has a very strong connection with Joe Flacco that dates back to their time together with the Jets – he’s averaging 56.4 receiving yards per game with Flacco.

Weather in this game, but I still like this matchup for Moore against a Jaguars secondary that’s banged up and ranks league average against slot receivers. With Amari Cooper potentially not at full strength after being in concussion protocol and dealing with a rib issue, bet on Moore continuing his hot streak here.

David Njoku Anytime Touchdown (+320 Caesars)

Touchdowns are expected to be hard to come by in this game with a 34-point over/under in wind and rain, but I still like David Njoku in this spot. Njoku has a 22.4% target share since Week 7, and Joe Flacco has a long career of targeting tight ends at a high rate.

Njoku ranks fifth among tight ends in red zone targets, and the Jaguars have been vulnerable against the position, allowing the ninth-most receiving yards and third-most yards per reception to tight ends. Njoku should continue to see red zone volume, and at higher than 3-1 odds, I like the value here.

Zay Jones Anytime Touchdown (+410 FanDuel)

Continued uncertainty about Trevor Lawrence’s status makes it difficult to truly buy into Zay Jones this week, but his role in the offense is about to become a lot more important with Christian Kirk out for the foreseeable future. Jones has been hurt for much of the season, but he’s fully healthy now and ready to take on a big role.

Jones has played over 80% of the snaps just twice all season, and he has a 21.1% target share in those games. That should only increase without Kirk, and could be even higher this week with Denzel Ward smothering Calvin Ridley and Evan Engram facing a defense that allows the fewest receiving yards per game to tight ends. I’d be interested in Jones’s receiving yardage over here, but that’s not available at the time of writing, so I’ll take the touchdown here.
