Los Angeles Clippers Starting Lineup
The Clippers improved to 17-7 after defeating the Wizards 135-119. The win was LA’s ninth win in their last 11 games. During that streak, the Clippers have wins over the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, and Portland Trail Blazers.
Since Paul George returned from injury the Clippers are 10-3 with him in the lineup. George is shooting a career-best 42.7% from three-point range this season and is shooting 44.6% from the field.
The Clippers are led by Kawhi Leonard who is averaging 24.5 PPG, 7.7 RPG, and 5.2 APG. The rebounding and assist numbers are career-best numbers for Leonard. He’s struggled shooting from the field this season though as his field goal percentage is down 6% from last season.
The Clippers are +8.4 points per 100 possessions (per cleaning the glass) with Leonard on the floor and are starting to figure out their offense with George now in the mix.
Kawhi Leonard won’t be available for the Clippers on Monday though as it was announced that he would sit out as he continues to deal with a knee injury.
The Clippers come into Monday’s game with the NBA’s No.10 offense and No.7 defense. LA is ranked No.6 in net rating. LA is 4-6 on the road this season.
Indiana Pacers Starting Lineup
The Pacers have become one of the league’s surprise teams as they are 15-8 overall and sixth in the Eastern Conference. Indiana is still awaiting the debut of Victor Oladipo who is getting closer to a return as he practices with the Pacers G-League affiliate.
Indiana is led by Malcolm Brogdon who has become one of the best point guards in the East in his first season as a Pacer. Brogdon is averaging career-highs in points, rebounds, assists, and minutes per game. He is putting up 19.0 PPG, 4.9 RPG, and 7.7 APG while shooting 47.3% from the field.
Brogdon didn’t play in the Pacers win over the Knicks as he was out with a hand injury. Picking up the slack in his absence was TJ Warren who finished with 25 points on 10-19 shooting. Brogdon will play Monday night after his one-game absence.
Indiana comes into Monday’s matchup with the No. 13 offensive rating in the NBA and No. 9 defense. The Pacers are 9-2 at home this season.

Paul George vs TJ Warren
With Kawhi Leonard out the Clippers will look to Paul George as their go-to guy on offense. George is averaging 23.0 points per game this season on 45.4% shooting.
He already has three 30-point games this season and with Leonard out, he could notch his fourth of the season. Paul George will be matching up against TJ Warren who has become the second-leading scorer for the Pacers.

Brogdon has been outstanding this season for Indiana and he’s had at least 10 points and five assists in seven straight games.
