Milwaukee Bucks at Philadelphia 76ers Preview
Two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference will clash tonight as the Philadelphia 76ers play host to the Milwaukee Bucks in a game that could end up being a future playoff series preview.
The Bucks are 58-20 and have just four games left on their season slate. They have the top record in the league, have clinched the Central Division and have 1 2.5-game advantage on the Toronto Raptors for first place in the East. They won their previous game and are 7-3 in their last 10 games. The 76ers are 49-29 and are likely locked into the third seed in the Eastern Conference with the Detroit Pistons looking like an eventual first-round matchup. Philadelphia has lost their last two games and they are 6-4 in their last 10 games.
The last matchup between the Bucks and 76ers was a shootout. While Giannis Antetokounmpo had 52 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists, his Bucks lost as the 76ers took the 130-125 win. Joel Embiid finished the game with an impressive stat line as well, with 40 points and 15 rebounds.

Bucks Analysis
The Milwaukee Bucks had their four-game winning streak busted on Sunday night as they lost by one point to the Atlanta Hawks, but they were able to get back into the win column on Monday night with a 131-121 win over the Brooklyn Nets.
“We didn’t play our best, but it’s good to still find a way to win,” Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said. “Brooklyn, it’s pretty amazing how hard they play; their competitiveness shows on the boards. I thought we fouled them too much, but again, for our group to find a way to win tonight was really good for us.”
With Giannis Antetokounmpo back in the lineup, Milwaukee’s offense got going early with a 35-20 lead in the first quarter. The rest of the game was much closer but the Bucks were able to secure the win with several players stepping up.
Giannis finished with 28 points and 11 rebounds, Eric Bledsoe added 29 points, and George Hill continues to play well off the bench since returning from his injury. He ended the game with 22 points.

76ers Analysis
The Bucks weren’t the only team to be surprised by the Hawks lately, as Atlanta beat the 76ers 130-122 last night. Trae Young and John Collins were too much to handle for the 76ers, especially as they are still without Joel Embiid.
“They have a great offense, there’s a lot of movement, they space the floor well,” J.J. Redick said. “Trae Young and John Collins — their two-man action presents a lot of problems — and Trae’s just playing at another level in terms of making reads right now.”
Reddick led the 76ers with 30 points and Tobias Harriss added 21 points and seven rebounds. Jonah Bolden is performing admirably with Embiid out, but his 13 point, 10 rebounds night still comes short of what the 76ers expect from Embiid on a nightly basis. Jimmy Butler has returned to the 76ers lineup, and had 16 points.
Ben Simmons had a near triple-double with 15 points, 15 rebounds, and eight assists.
The 76ers will likely need a much bigger effort from their second unit tonight as Milwaukee comes to town.
