The 2019 NFL schedule has been released, and we finally get a look into what the season beholds. Depending on how you look at strength of schedule, the AFC East has the easiest, mainly because the state of their rosters are rather weak. The AFC West has the toughest, while the NFC South is in the same boat. The Redskins and Patriots are two teams that have one of the easiest schedules based on 2018 records. The Rams and Giants are also up there. The Chargers, Cowboys, and Packers have middle of the road schedules. Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Kansas City are three high profile teams with tough schedules. Oakland has the toughest schedule based on 2018 records. Game of the Week: We have some excellent games to kick off the season, and it was hard to narrow down to just one. In terms of entertainment, Houston at New Orleans is going to be a fun one. Eyes will be looking at New England and Pittsburgh, but both rosters are pretty watered down at the moment. DeShaun Watson will come into the SuperDome against Drew Brees and Michael Thomas. There is excellent shootout potential in this one, and it is the first game of the Monday night doubleheader.

Game of the Week: Saints return for another game of the week, this time traveling to Los Angeles. These two teams gave us two great games last season, and will be looking to return to the NFC Championship. This is also another strong fantasy game, as both offenses have a ton of firepower. The Rams will try and show they are still the team to get through in the NFC.

Chicago Bears at Washington Redskins – 8:15pm (ESPN)
Game of the Week: We don’t get matchup too often, but Atlanta travels to Indianapolis for a battle between two elite quarterbacks. Matt Ryan and Julio Jones will square off against T.Y. Hilton and Andrew Luck. Indy will be looking to assert themselves against the better teams in football, and Atlanta will look to rebound after an injury plagued 2018 season. Great early game to kick off Week 3.
Notable Fantasy Players: Andrew Luck, Matt Ryan, Devonta Freeman, Julio Jones, T.Y. Hilton

Game of the Week: Philadelphia at Green Bay is one of the better Thursday games, and a lot of this game will depend on the health of Carson Wentz. If everyone is healthy, we will get a battle between two teams that underperformed in 2018. The Eagles defense took a small step back last season, but this will still be a test for Aaron Rodgers and company.
Notable Fantasy Players: Aaron Rodgers, Carson Wentz, Davante Adams, Alshon Jeffery

Game of the Week: Another Sunday Night game gives us two AFC giants. Both are playoff contenders, and have had run-ins over the last few seasons. We get to see how Pittsburgh performs with their new cast, and it will be a tough task against a Chargers defense that has ranked inside the top half the last few seasons.
Notable Fantasy Players: Ben Roethlisberger, Philip Rivers, Keenan Allen, Melvin Gordon, JuJu Smith-Schuster

Monday (10/21/19)
New England Patriots at New York Jets – 8:15pm ET (ESPN)
Game of the Week: The Rams will make way to face another NFC South opponent, and this is a tough draw. Atlanta will welcome the Rams, and hopefully with better injury luck. Both offenses have a chance to breakout in this one, providing us with some early fireworks. This game probably should have been a primetime game, but of course we want to watch New England smoke New York and Philly take on Dallas for the thousandth time.
Notable Fantasy Players: Matt Ryan, Todd Gurley, Julio Jones, Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods
Week 8

Monday (10/28/19)
Miami Dolphins at Pittsburgh Steelers – 8:15pm ET (ESPN)
Game of the Week: We have Green Bay taking on Kansas City, but also have Baker Mayfield and OBJ heading into New England. Close call here, but the Cleveland game is going to me a fun one to watch. We get to see Cleveland and how they matchup against some of the league’s best. Any chance to get Baker Mayfield leading this Browns team, we are going to be tuning in.
Notable Fantasy Players: Julian Edelman, Baker Mayfield, Sony Michel, Odell Beckham Jr, Tom Brady
Week 9

Monday (11/4/19)
Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants – 8:15pm ET (ESPN)
Game of the Week: While this isn’t going to be an offensive explosion, we get a playoff rematch with the Bears and Eagles. Chicago just missed moving on, and will be looking to revenge. Expect a defensive battle, but an entertaining one. There will be plenty of offense elsewhere this week. Kansas City and Minnesota was a close second, and the same goes for the primetime games. This is a loaded week for good football.
Notable Fantasy Players: Carson Wentz, Tarik Cohen, Allen Robinson

Game of the Week: It is a hefty Bye Week, but we have a few great games. Atlanta and New Orleans is the money maker this week, as two division rivals clash in the Big Easy. These games tend to feature a ton of offense, and stay close until the end. A chance to watch Drew Brees and Matt Ryan square off is always must see TV.
Notable Fantasy Players: Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, Alvin Kamara, Julio Jones, Michael Thomas

Game of the Week: Chicago will be heading to Los Angeles to take on the Rams. We have one of the league’s best offenses taking on one of the best defenses. This is also a potential playoff matchup, as both teams will be in contention for the postseason. Also given this is a primetime game, it adds to it. The Mexico City game is also going to be one to watch between two division rivals.
Notable Fantasy Players: Tarik Cohen, Todd Gurley

Game of the Week: Very surprised that Dallas at New England isn’t a primetime game, but this is going to be the game that gets a lot of buzz just because of the matchup. This is going to be a good measuring game for Dallas to see how they matchup up heading into the final stretch. This is also a battle of complete ends of the spectrum in terms of drive time.
Notable Fantasy Players: Sony Michel, Julian Edelman, Ezekiel Elliot, Tom Brady, Dak Prescott, Amari Cooper

Game of the Week: It is Thanksgiving week in Week 13, which comes pretty late this season. The Falcons-Saints just played a few weeks ago, but they are the primetime game on Thanksgiving. Given we get to watch the Bears-Lions and Bills-Cowboys, the third and final game of the night will actually give us two respectable teams instead of just one. Get your seconds ready by this time, you won’t want to miss a crucial division battle.
Notable Fantasy Players: Drew Brees, Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara, Matt Ryan, Julio Jones

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles – 8:15pm ET (ESPN)
Game of the Week: Week 14 gives us a potential look forward to playoff matchups, and a look at the past as well. New England will welcome Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs yet again. Both games were extremely entertaining last season, and we shouldn’t expect much different. The Chiefs will come in with a far better roster, but that never seems to matter to Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.
Notable Fantasy Players: Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, Sony Michel, Julian Edelman, Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill

Monday (12/16/19)
Indianapolis Colts at New Orleans Saints – 8:15pm ET (ESPN)
Game of the Week: There are some really good football games this week, but the Monday night game is going to take the cake again. The Saints are a popular team in this one, and take on Andrew Luck. A likely high total will unfold, and while both defenses were sneaky good, the offenses will be the focal point in this matchup.
Notable Fantasy Players: Drew Brees, Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas, Andrew Luck, T.Y. Hilton

Game of the Week: Both primetime games are excellent this week, and feature four potential playoff teams. Expect Green Bay and Minnesota to be clawing their way to a playoff spot in the tough NFC North. The Vikings-Packers game has a ton of potential for making the postseason, which is why it enters as an early Game of the Week.

Otherwise this is a week of divisional battles, which gives us a lot of potential for an early playoff week. Los Angeles and Kansas City is a game that sticks out, mainly because they were neck and neck last season when it came down to the final weeks.
Notable Fantasy Players: Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill, Philip Rivers, Melvin Gordon, Keenan Allen.
