St. Louis Blues Vs. New York Rangers Picks & Prediction

St. Louis is scoring 3.6 goals per game, fifth in the league and taking 30.8 shots per game, 16th overall.  Defensively the Blues are allowing 2.7 goals per game, ranked sixth in the league and 31.7 shots per game, which is 17th overall.  St. Louis is 9-4 in their last 13 meetings with the Rangers in New York.  The Rangers are 17-5-3 at Madison Square Garden this season.  New York is scoring 2.9 goals per game, ranking them 19th in the NHL and attempting 28.8 shots per game, 29th overall.  On the defensive side, the Rangers are allowing 2.3 goals per game which ranks third in the NHL and yielding 32 shots a game, 21st overall.  I like New York to get back on track; after two straight losses and win this game with under 5.5 combined goals scored in this contest.
