Tennessee Titans Vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Same Game Parlay Picks For Thursday Night Football (11/2/23)

On Thursday night, the Tennessee Titans travel to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in a primetime AFC showdown. In this article, find a Same Game Parlay for Thursday Night Football featuring Derrick Henry and Diontae Johnson.

Tennessee Titans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Same Game Parlay Picks

In this week’s Thursday Night Football game, the 3-4 Titans face the 4-3 Steelers in a game that could have significant implications for the AFC Wild Card hunt. Rookie Will Levis will get his second career start for Tennessee and his first on the road while second-year passer Kenny Pickett gets the nod for Pittsburgh despite a ribs injury last week. In this article, I’ll put together a Same Game Parlay for this primetime matchup.

Keep in mind that you will get varied odds on different sportsbooks for these selections, meaning the overall odds for the SGP will change. I built this Same Game Parlay on Caesars Sportsbook, but be sure to shop around to make sure you’re getting the best odds. In addition, look out for any opportunities to take advantage of SGP promotions offered by different books. Let’s get to work.

Diontae Johnson Over 4.5 Receptions (-179)

While Kenny Pickett is working through an injury, the Steelers will have to keep the ball through the air against an elite Titans run defense. Tennessee ranks second in run defense DVOA and Najee Harris hasn’t been efficient all season. We can expect a quick passing game for Pittsburgh in an effort to keep the pocket clean for Pickett.

Diontae Johnson has a 29.4% target share since re-entering the starting lineup after missing games earlier in the year with an injury of his own. Johnson has 5+ catches in seven of his last ten games dating back to last season, so while there’s some hefty juice on the over here, it’s warranted given his production.

Derrick Henry Over 71.5 Rushing Yards (-117)

After a slow start to the year, Derrick Henry looks like Derrick Henry again – he’s averaging over 90 rushing yards in his last four games. The Titans will likely give him a big workload here as their rookie passer Will Levis makes his first career road start against a fearsome Steelers defense. Henry had 22 rushing attempts last week in Levis’s debut.

The Steelers have struggled to defend the run at times this season, ranking 25th in defensive line yards and allowing the seventh-most missed tackles per attempt. That’s music to Henry’s ears as he’s forced ten missed tackles across the last two games alone.

Tennessee Titans +7.5 Alt Spread (-284)

To add a little juice to our SGP, let’s take an alternate spread on the Titans. While I expect Will Levis to regress off his mightily impressive four-touchdown debut, I don’t expect a massive Steelers win. With a total of 37 points, this has all the makings of a low-scoring grudge match that someone wins 16-13. In that type of affair, getting over a touchdown on the spread for the underdog is a solid bet.

Under 37 Total Points (-110)

The total has bounced around somewhat after opening as high as 38 points, but the under is a solid look. Primetime unders have hit at a 71% rate this season, and while this is a very low total, it’s warranted as these offenses haven’t done much to inspire confidence. The Steelers are averaging just 14 points over their last four games, and I expect the Titans to be kept in check with Levis making the first road start of his career.

Same Game Parlay Card For Tennessee Titans Vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Diontae Johnson Over 4.5 Receptions (-179)
  • Derrick Henry Over 71.5 Rushing Yards (-117)
  • Tennessee Titans +7.5 Alt Spread (-284)

Full SGP Odds: +625 ($10 to win $72.50)
