The Cardinals, Chiefs, Chargers, and Vikings are all out on bye for week 12. These teams all have some fantasy heavy hitters, and you could be missing quite a few players from your roster. If you’re looking to fill those gaps, or maybe get a couple extra points off of some waiver pickups, here’s a list of the top streamers for week 12.

Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams was a pretty unknown name (at least, to me) before his performance against Jacksonville. He had only two carries on the season before this matchup. However, once Marlon Mack left the game due to a hand injury, it became the Jonathan Williams show. He had 13 carries for 116 yards, an average of 8.9 yards per carry. Marlon Mack was ruled out for their matchup against the Texans, so it’s looking like Williams is going to be getting the ball a lot once again. They have a tougher matchup against the Texans, so it’ll be a good test for Williams but I think he’s a viable option for your fantasy roster in week 12.

Bo Scarbrough

I think it’s safe to say that Scarbrough was another relatively unknown name before his performance in week 11. Even though Ty Johnson was cleared to play, he only got 2 carries. Scarbrough, on the other hand, had 14 carries for 55 yards and a touchdown. Based on these numbers, I think it’s pretty safe to assume the Lions will be sticking with Scarbrough over Ty Johnson for their matchup against the Redskins. On average, the Redskins allow opponents to rush for 133.9 yards every game, the 5th most rushing yards allowed by defenses across the league. I think Scarbrough is going to have a big game against the Redskins.

DeVante Parker

For some reason, DeVante Parker still sits under 50% ownership in fantasy leagues. I think this is likely due to the way the Dolphins were playing at the beginning of the season, which has scared a lot of people off from picking up a Dolphins player. However, Parker has been having a big year. He just had a 7 reception, 135 yard game against a top 10 pass defense. He has had only 2 games under 10 PPR points. The Browns are a tougher matchup against the pass, but not as tough as the Bills, who Parker put up 135 yards against. I think he’s a great grab for this week, and would be great to keep on your team as they have some easier defenses coming up, including the Giants and the Bengals.

Hunter Renfrow

Renfrow has had 3 games over 10 points in PPR leagues over the past 5 games. These are his only games above 10 points this season, but the first half of their season was against a lot of tough defenses. Renfrow had 5 catches for 66 yards against the Bengals, tied with Waller for the most receptions on the day. The Jets allow the 12th most passing yards amongst defenses this season, 253.3, so I think Renfrow is in the market for another double digit fantasy performance.

Noah Fant

Noah Fant has been becoming more of a known entity over the past few weeks. Last week he went 4 for 60 against the Vikings, and the week before he went 3 for 115 and a touchdown against the Browns. The Broncos have a tougher matchup against the Bills this week, but I think Fant is still going to see a lot of targets. Over the past three weeks he’s consistently been in 2nd place for receptions behind Courtland Sutton, except for their matchup against the Colts where he had 5 receptions compared to Sutton’s 3. It’s clear he’s one of the Broncos’ best options for the pass and based on how he’s been trending lately I think he’d be a solid pickup not only for this week but for the rest of the season.

Jacoby Brissett

Last time the Colts played the Texans, Brissett put up 35 points in PPR leagues. The Texans have allowed a lot of fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks over the past couple of weeks and I don’t expect that to change as the Colts go up against them again this week. It’s looking like T.Y. Hilton is going to be playing today against the Texans despite missing practice yesterday due to a calf injury. His presence should provide a great boost to this Colts offense and allow Brissett to score big for your fantasy roster.

Atlanta Falcons Defense

The Falcons defense? On a top streamer list? It might seem absurd, but they’ve really fired things up these past couple weeks. They held the Saints to 9 points and the Panthers to 3 points over the past two weeks. Their defensive success is due at least in part to their pass rush, which has greatly improved over the past two weeks. They had 7 sacks over the course of the season through week 9. In weeks 10 and 11, they had a combined 11 sacks. They’re up against the Buccaneers this week which is looking like a great matchup. Winston has thrown 18 interceptions this season, including 4 last week. The Buccaneers offensive line has allowed 36 sacks, which is looking great for this inspired Falcons pass rush. I think the Falcons defense has a chance to have another dominant performance this weekend, and get some takeaways off of the turnover-prone Winston.
