last week: Win at Oklahoma State 34-16
next week: Big 12 Championship Game
Oklahoma is looking at an outside chance to make the playoff. They were written off after their loss to Kansas St, but they find themselves ranked sixth and an outside chance to make it. They’ll need help to get the four spot.
alabama crimson tide

7. Alabama 10-2

last week: Loss at Auburn 48-45
next week: Bowl Season
Alabama loses a heart breaker in the Iron Bowl. Mac Jones played well, but couldn’t do enough down the stretch. Maybe one day Nick Saban will find a reliable kicker. Also, Alabama has an NFL receiving core.

10. Notre Dame 10-2

last week: Win at Stanford 45-24
next week: Bowl Season

15. Penn State 10-2

last week: Win vs. Rutgers 27-6
next week: Bowl Season
This was a meaningless game for Penn State, but they didn’t look great against an awful Rutgers team. Rutgers has more yards of offense than Penn State.
