What a week it was for fantasy football. Breshad Perriman, DeVante Parker, and Chris Conley combined for for seven total touchdowns. Julio Jones got back on the right track. AJ Brown was picked up mostly last week and his ownership is too high to be in the article now, however if he is still out there go and grab him. He is coming off another big week. To win those fantasy football leagues, you are going to have to win the waiver wire as well. You can find the top wide receivers to pick up by rank for this upcoming week.

Breshad Perriman – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Man is 2019 a weird year. Breshad Perriman is out here scoring three touchdowns in Week 16. With Chris Godwin and Mike Evans now out for the rest of the season, Perriman is going to see plenty of volume against two of the poorer secondaries in the league. The Bucs heavy pass offense is a plus here, and I would expect Perriman and Conley to be two of the higher owned waiver wire options at the position after this week. He has seen six targets in three straight weeks, scoring 13, 16, and 36 fantasy points. 6+ targets should be a lock moving forward.
Chris Conley – Jacksonville Jaguars
Chris Conley is coming off a solid fantasy game scoring twice on eight targets. This was the first game without DJ Chark, and Conley did not disappoint. His ownership will go up this week after a two touchdown game, and he gets a nice remaining schedule. The Falcons have allowed the 11th most fantasy points per game to wide receivers, and the Colts have allowed the 8th most. I don’t expect Chark back with his injury, and Conley should get consistent volume over the next few weeks.
Anthony Miller – Chicago Bears
Anthony Miller continues to put up monster numbers. He has double-digit PPR points in five straight games, and 20+ in two of the last three games. He has seen 11, 9, 13, 4, and 15 targets over the last five games. The volume is one thing we love, but the big play potential is there as well. Kansas City is a tough matchup in Week 16, but the volume is certainly there for the taking. Week 17 is an easier matchup with the Vikings allowing the 7th most fantasy points per game to wide receivers. Miller is definitely a WR3/FLEX play the next two weeks.

James Washington – Pittsburgh Steelers
James Washington was the go-to guy against Buffalo, as he was at least able to post double-digit fantasy points in PPR leagues. He has been over double digits in four of the last six games. He will get a great matchup against the Jets in Week 16, and with JuJu Smith-Schuster’s setback due to injury, there won’t be another wideout out there to contend with for targets. The Jets are allowing the 10th most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers, and their secondary has been an easy target.
Danny Amendola – Detroit Lions
Over the past three weeks, Danny Amendola has seen 8, 8, and 13 targets. For one Detroit is going to continue to throw the ball regardless of who is under center, especially with their defense giving up a ton of points. Marvin Jones out for the year also frees up some targets. Amendola should continue to see high volume, but is more reserved for PPR leagues. While the next two games of the season are on the tougher side for wide receivers, Amendola’s volume should be able to carry him here.
Greg Ward – Philadelphia Eagles
Given Philadelphia has zero wide receivers of use, we have seen Greg Ward with 18 targets over the last two games. He has caught 11 of them for 95 yards and a score. With the way the Eagles defense is playing there should be some positive game scripts the rest of the way. There is a big game against Dallas next week and then the Giants again, who have allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing defenses. We are getting into deeper league territory where you are trying to soak up any volume out there.
Justin Watson – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
With Chris Godwin now likely done for the season with a hamstring injury, it leaves Justin Watson as a next man up. Scotty Miller also left with a hamstring injury. He had some preseason hype, and now has played over 40 snaps in the last two weeks. The targets should come given there are limited options now due to injuries. The Tampa Bay offense has two strong matchups over the next two weeks and there is quite a bit of value here.
