There were a couple of crazy games this weekend. The Raiders upset the Bears in London, the Texans put up 53 points vs Atlanta, and the Panthers put a halt to Gardner Mania.
New England Patriots

1. Patriots

New England’s schedule has been relatively weak to start the year. Their best win is against a 3-1 Bills team, but they have looked sharp through five games.

Green Bay Packers

2. Packers

Aaron Rodgers finally has a defense that can get the job done so he doesn’t have to Mr. Do It All. Despite the relationship rumors with him and head coach Matt Lafleur, the offense has improved every week.

New Orleans Saints

3. Saints

No Drew Brees no problem. Teddy Bridgewater has got the job done with Brees out. The New Orleans defense is tough group to deal with in the dome.

Kansas City Chiefs

4. Chiefs

Kansas City is only going as far as Pat Mahomes takes them. Mahomes played through a sprained ankle Sunday night, but if any long-term health issues come up then kiss the Chiefs Super Bowl run goodbye.

Seattle Seahawks

5. Seahawks

Russell Wilson does a lot for this Seattle team. Sort of a slow start, the Seahawks are starting to get into midseason form. Wilson shines brightest in the primetime lights.

Houston Texans

6. Texans

Putting up 53 points in the NFL is impressive no matter who you play. If the Texans can be more consistent they can be a force with Deshaun Watson under center.

San Francisco 49ers

7. 49ers

San Francisco is 3-0 with wins over Tampa Bay, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh. They’ll finally get a test against Cleveland on Monday night. The 49ers won’t move up the rankings until they prove they belong.

Baltimore Ravens

8. Ravens

Jekyll and Hyde has struck the Ravens early in the season. Their wins are against Miami, Arizona, and Pittsburgh. Lamar Jackson has looked impressive, but this is another team that needs to beat a tough opponent to prove their worth.

Los Angeles Rams

9. Rams

Home Jared Goff vs road Jared Goff are two different quarterbacks. If Goff can’t have Sean McVay in his ear in the Coliseum then the Rams quarterback is going to struggle. The Rams secondary looks shaky to say the least. This team could start slipping as the season goes.

Buffalo Bills

10. Bills

The Bills have beat the Jets, Giants, Bengals, and Titans. Buffalo is off to a nice 4-1 start, but they’re another team that needs a proven win to belong.

Philadelphia Eagles

11. Eagles

Philadelphia is fighting injuries early in the season. A bit of a slow start for this team, but it looks like they have turned a corner with back to back impressive wins.

Chicago Bears

12. Bears

Tough to win across the pond with the starting quarterback out. The Bears defense will keep them in every game this season. Can the offense do enough to get back to the playoffs?

Dallas Cowboys

13. Cowboys

Remember when the Cowboys were Super Bowl favorites and Dak Prescott was going to win MVP after they beat the Giants, Redskins, and Dolphins? Well they’re now 0-2 since having to play real competition.

Detroit Lions

14. Lions

Detroit might be a decent football team this season. After tying in Arizona, the Lion have won two out of three and almost knocked off the Chiefs at home. Lions vs Packers next Monday should be fun.

Indianpolis Colts

15. Colts

The Colts had an impressive win in Kansas City Sunday night. The Indy defense held Mahomes to 13 points. Jacoby Brissett might make everyone forget about that Andrew Luck guy.

Carolina Panthers

16. Panthers

Kyle Allen has brought the Panthers back above .500. Carolina has strung three wins together and playing good football. Questions could start being asked about who will be the starting quarterback when Cam Newton is healthy.

Minnesota Vikings

17. Vikings

Minnesota can’t be trusted until Kirk Cousins beats a team above .500. They had a nice win against the Giants and Adam Thielen was involved, but let’s see this happen against the Eagles next week.

Cleveland Browns

18. Browns

So much hype around this team coming into the season. Baker Mayfield has been mediocre to start the season despite trying to silence all his haters. Luckily, the AFC North is wide open for the taking. 9-7 might win the division.

Oakland Raiders

19. Raiders

What a nice surprise out of Oakland. Antonio Brown made a mockery of the franchise and they find themselves 3-2 with upset wins over the Bears and Colts. Maybe John Gruden has something working in Oakland.

Jacksonville Jaguars

20. Jaguars

Gardner Mania is what everyone needs in their lives. Minshew has been playing great football for the Jaguars and might make everyone forget they signed Nick Foles for $88 Million.

Los Angeles Chargers

21. Chargers

The Chargers allowed 191 rushing yards vs the Broncos. They beat the Colts in overtime week 1 and the Dolphins. The Bolts need to get it together before it’s too late.

Tennessee Titans

22. Titans

Titans kicker Cairo Santos May be released by the time you read this. Losing by seven as your kicker goes 0-4 isn’t a good look.

New York Giants

23. Giants

Danny Dimes lost the magic vs the Vikings. There’s a lot of promise for Daniel Jones moving forward.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

24. Bucs

Picking up a win in New Orleans is tough. After a 55 point game vs the Rams, the Bucs couldn’t get it done in the dome.

Denver Broncos

25. Broncos

Vic Fangio finally gets into the win column! Maybe on game Fangio’s defense can record a sack and be a legit defensive threat.

Pittsburgh Steelers

26. Steelers

Pittsburgh is on to their third string quarterback. The season is already a wash for the black and gold and can only hope for a high draft pick.

Arizona Cardinals

27. Cardinals

Kyler Murray picks up his first NFL win. Who knows how many more he’ll get when his head coach failed at the college level.

Atlanta Falcons

28. Falcons

This team is bad. Matt Ryan’s numbers are fraudulent and who knows how much worse it will get.

Cincinnati Bengals

29. Bengals

Just another all around bad football team. Firing Marvin Lewis came a few years too late and now the Bengals fan base has to suffer.

New York Jets

30. Jets

Leveon Bell is the only good player on the Jets. Their starting quarterback has been out with mono, and the start of the Jets season couldn’t be anymore Jets.

Washington Redskins

31. Redskins

Dan Snyder has turned the Redskins franchise into a laughing stock. There’s no reason not to start Haskins at this point. At least give the fans hope.

Miami Dolphins

32. Dolphins

The bye week saved everyone from having to watch this team. At least next year they’ll have Tua to watch.
