Baltimore Ravens vs Cleveland Browns NFL Player Props & Picks (12/17/22)
Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns Player Prop Picks
The Baltimore Ravens visit the Cleveland Browns in Week 15 of the 2022-23 NFL Season. The Ravens are coming off a very close win last week, while the Browns are coming off a loss that wasn’t that competitive at all. This should be an interesting matchup for the AFC North pecking order. Let’s take a look at some prop bets that make the most sense for this game on Sunday.
Nick Chubb Over 73.5 Rushing Yards
Nick Chubb has been the most consistent part of the Browns this year on offense. He has 231 carries, 1,153 rushing yards, and 12 rushing touchdowns on the year. He’s also hit over this number in 9 of the 13 games that the Browns have played in. There’s been a lot of turmoil with the Browns, and Chubb has been the most consistent and dominant part of the Cleveland offense all year, despite all that. The Ravens allow 81 rushing yards a game, which is a very tough matchup for Chubb. Take this bet because while the Ravens have a very tough run defense, the volume of touches should still be enough for Chubb because Deshaun Watson is still trying to shake off his rust. Chubb should also still get this number even with him sharing the running backfield with Kareem Hunt.
JK Dobbins Over 53.5 Rushing Yards
JK Dobbins is back from injury and has been playing well now that he’s back. He has 50 carries, 243 rushing yards, and two rushing touchdowns on the year. He’s only hit over this number in one of the five games he’s played in this year, but it was just last week. Now that he’s back from injury he’ll be the primary running back for the Ravens the rest of the season. The Browns allow 128 rushing yards a game which is a very good matchup for Dobbins. Take this bet because Dobbins has a very good matchup this week and he should get enough touches to hit over this number too. Dobbins is a very good back and will cause defenses problems now that he’s back and healthy.
Amari Cooper Over 58.5 Receiving Yards
Amari Cooper has been a very nice receiver in the Browns offense this year. He has 63 receptions, 874 receiving yards, and seven receiving touchdowns on the year. He’s also hit over this number in 7 of the 13 games the Browns have played in. He’s been a much-needed boost to a receiving corps that was very bad just last year. The Ravens aren’t great against the pass and allow 269 passing yards a game. Cooper could have a good matchup against this defense, even with the talent the Ravens have in the secondary. Take this bet because Watson is going to want to play it safe and find his most reliable receiver early and often against a pass defense that’s been gashed all year. Watson should also play better in this game and it starts with Cooper.
