Bengals Vs. Bills Same Game Parlay Picks, Strategy, & Odds For NFL Playoffs (1/22/23)
The NFL Divisional Round is here, and we’re set for an exciting game between the Bengals and Bills on Sunday. This would have been a rematch if not for the tragic Damar Hamlin situation that unfolded when these teams were playing on Monday Night Football a few weeks ago. Now, they play with much higher stakes on the line.
We’re covering every single NFL playoff game here at Lineups, and you can find a wide range of coverage across player props, SGPs, spreads, totals, and much more. Check out our YouTube channel for further coverage for this and every Divisional Round game.
In this article, I’ll put together a Same Game Parlay (SGP) for this Divisional Round matchup. With SGPs, we can combine multiple different wagers across various markets to get an incredible boosted value. As always, don’t put more than you’re willing to lose on these SGPs. While the payout can be great, the odds are high for a reason. Let’s get to work.

NFL Divisional Round Same Game Parlay – Bengals Vs. Bills
To get started, let’s talk about Josh Allen. More specifically, let’s talk about him as the open-field battering ram that can completely take over this game. Allen’s legs are a pivotal part of the offense at times, and he had a career-high 124 carries this season.
He always runs more in the more important games, as well. He averages 60 rushing yards against playoff teams over the last two years versus 37 yards against non playoff teams. This would certainly qualify as an important game, and I expect Allen to show no hesitancy to utilize his powerful running.
The Bengals have been vulnerable against rushing quarterbacks at times, and the Ravens exploited that last week as they successfully ran an option offense with Tyler Huntley. In that game, Huntley finished with 54 rushing yards, and there’s no reason Allen can’t do the same.
We’ll take Allen at 50+ rushing yards to get us started here, but if you’re feeling more aggressive, you can take an even higher number for better odds. For example, you can take 70+ yards at +310 odds.
Next, let’s take Dawson Knox’s touchdown prop. Knox has scored in five straight games, and while that won’t continue forever, this is another game where he could reach the end zone. He has six red zone target since Week 15 and will continue to be a top target in that area.
The Bengals have allowed the sixth-most receiving yards per game to tight ends since Week 14, and Knox will take advantage of weaker coverage with Stefon Diggs the primary target for Buffalo.
Finally, I’ll wrap up our SGP with an alternate spread on the Bills -2.5. I like them to cover the full game -5.5 spread, but we’ll play it slightly safer here since we’re combining it with the other props in play here.
With everything put together, here’s our three-leg SGP for the Bengals vs. Bills game:
- Josh Allen 50+ Rushing Yards (-104)
- Dawson Knox Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+200)
- Buffalo Bills -2.5 (-215)
Full SGP Odds: +602 ($10 wins $60.24)
