Bengals Vs. Ravens (10/9/22) Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay Strategy + SGP Picks

On Sunday Night Football in Week 5, we see two divisional rivals renew hostilities as the Ravens and Bengals face off in a game with massive playoff implications. With stars like Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Mark Andrews on the field, there are plenty of opportunities for player prop bets to place in a Same Game Parlay (SGP). In this article, I’ll build a SGP for this matchup with an emphasis on finding correlation between plays. Let’s get to work.

Bengals Vs. Ravens Same Game Parlay Sunday Night Football

I made the Ravens a best bet in my article for Week 5, and I love what they did on defense over the offseason to attack the Bengals in this game. However, I split my wagers between Baltimore in the first half and full game, as Cincinnati defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo is a master of halftime adjustments. Still, I like the Ravens to win this game at home, and I’ll kick off my SGP with their Moneyline at -180 odds.

Next, I’m looking to add some Lamar Jackson props. Jackson’s rushing prop is set at 57.5 yards, and he’s gone well over that number for three straight games. He’s averaging just under 100 rushing yards per game over that span, and in his one matchup against the Bengals last season, he registered 88 rushing yards. With Rashod Bateman out for this game, look for Jackson to run the ball more often.

Speaking of Bateman, his absence will make Mark Andrews even more of a go-to target for Lamar Jackson. You can get Andrews over 69.5 receiving yards on FanDuel, and he averaged 86.5 receiving yards per game against the Bengals last season. Andrews is already averaging 65 receiving yards per game this year, but that’s including his limited impact last week against the Bills – he finished with 15 yards. He should be much more involved this week, and I love this spot for him.

On the Bengals’ side, I’m targeting the under on 66.5 receiving yards for Tee Higgins. While Higgins has gone over this prop in three straight games, he’s dealing with an ankle injury that could hamper him this week. The Ravens added elite free safety Marcus Williams over the offseason for games like this and they are expected to run a ton of Cover 2 shells to take away big plays from the Cincinnati offense. That plays against Higgins in this game, and I’ll take the under on his prop.

With the Ravens’ defensive game plan in mind, this could be a strong spot for Joe Mixon. The Bengals will likely have more methodical drives this week, and they won’t be able to rely on big plays for their touchdowns. Mixon has 17 red-zone touches this season, and while he’s only scored one touchdown on them, it’s clear that the Bengals will continue leaning on him around the goal-line. While -120 might seem like a lot of juice to pay for a touchdown scorer, it’s an ideal addition to an SGP along with our other plays.

Put it all together, and this is the SGP we’re looking at:

  • Baltimore Ravens Moneyline (-180)
  • Lamar Jackson Over 57.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
  • Mark Andrews Over 69.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
  • Tee Higgins Under 66.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
  • Joe Mixon Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-120)

Full SGP Odds: +1944 ($10 wins $194.45)
