Josh Jacobs Week 16 Anytime Touchdown (GB vs. NO)
- Jacobs is a rock-solid bet to find the end zone and worth a look at +187 odds to score at least twice in this matchup. The Saints have struggled to stop the run all season, allowing the third-highest average yards per carry (4.9) and 134.4 rushing yards per game. On the road, 50% of touchdowns scored against the New Orleans defense have come on the ground, and the Packers have scored 50% of their touchdowns via the rush over their last three games as the weather gets colder. Temperatures will be in the 20s with decently high winds at Lambeau Field this Monday night. Jacobs has a stranglehold on backfield work with a whopping 25 red zone carries over his last four appearances, leading to eight touchdowns in that span.
Christian Watson Week 16 Anytime Touchdown (GB vs. NO)
- Listed with the same odds as fellow receivers Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed, Watson could have the best chance to grab a touchdown in this game. The 6-foot-4 wideout is past the injury woes that plagued him last year, and he’s leading Packers receivers with an 88% snap rate over his last three appearances, drawing a team-high 17 targets in that span. Watson has earned three red zone targets over his last two games without scoring against the tough Lions and Seahawks defenses. Now he lines up against Saints rookie Kool-Aid McKinstry, who allowed Terry McLaurin to catch seven balls for 73 yards and two touchdowns in Week 15. McLaurin narrowly missed a couple of huge plays on deep shots as well, and Watson is a deep threat with the third-highest average depth of target (17.3) in the NFL this year. The Saints have allowed the fifth-most receiving yards to wideouts.
Kendre Miller Week 16 Anytime Touchdown (NO @ GB)
- Alvin Kamara (groin) could be done for the year with the Saints out of contention, leaving backfield duties to Miller. The second-year man out of TCU played 26 snaps last week with Kamara logging 25 before departing due to injury. Miller has flown past veteran Jamaal Williams on the depth chart under interim coach Darren Rizzi and converted one of his three red zone carries over the last two weeks into a touchdown. With a rookie quarterback slated to start, expect Rizzi and his staff to play it conservatively if their offense gets inside the 10-yard line.
Juwan Johnson Week 16 Anytime Touchdown (NO @ GB)
- With the Saints expected to be playing from behind, there’s a chance Rattler is able to re-create his comeback effort against Washington in Week 15, when he came off the bench to throw for 135 yards and found tight end Foster Moreau for a late touchdown. Rattler targeted Johnson on the ensuing two-point conversion attempt, and Johnson is a better bet for targets than Moreau given his route participation is nearly 70% over the Saints’ last three games, while Moreau ran routes on just 20% of dropbacks last week. Johnson is almost a hybrid receiver, and the Saints lack options on the outside with Chris Olave (concussion), Bub Means (ankle), and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest) all limited in practice this week. The Packers have allowed the sixth-most receptions to tight ends this season but have allowed the sixth-fewest receiving yards to wide receivers.
