Now that you’re all signed up for DraftKings Sportsbook, it’s time to start taking advantage of some of the promos offered by the platform. One special promotion DraftKings is offering is the $25 Same-Game Parlay deal for the Thanksgiving slate of NFL games. You just need to opt in on the promotions page and place a $25 same-game parlay on any of the Thanksgiving games. If your parlay doesn’t end up hitting, you’ll get a full refund in the form of a free bet. Keep in mind you can only use this promo once, so make sure to choose your parlay wisely.
You’ve got plenty of options when it comes to how you approach this promo. The early game between the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions should attract some attention, especially from DraftKings Michigan users. Additionally, the Dallas Cowboys will be having their traditional Thanksgiving matchup this Thursday against the Las Vegas Raiders. However, it’s the evening matchup between the Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints that I’m especially excited for. There are plenty of betting angles for the game, especially for your same-game parlay, but here’s one wager I’m especially interested in.
Best Bet: Bills vs. Saints Under 45 Points
This is a fairly low total for sure, but I foresee a pretty sloppy game on Thanksgiving night. The New Orleans Saints have been good enough with QB Trevor Siemian replacing Jameis Winston, but they’re not a major offensive threat, especially against a usually stout defense like Buffalo. The Bills have the top-ranked defense in the league right now, allowing just 283.7 yards per game. Considering the Saints are without RB Alvin Kamara once again this week, they might find it difficult to get many points on the board.
However, I don’t expect the current Bills team to get much going offensively either. QB Josh Allen has been especially disappointing lately, with a QBR of under 52 points in three of the past four games. And let’s not forget the team putting up just six points against the Jacksonville Jaguars a few weeks back. The Saints defense isn’t the best in the league right now, but they’re allowing just 21.8 points per game and are facing off against an underperforming offense. Take the under this Thanksgiving evening.
