Betfred Partners With The Vegas Golden Knights

BetfredSportsbook logo LSRThere’s been a new partnership in the world of sports betting! Betfred Sports, one of the top online betting apps in the U.S. market, has officially teamed up with a popular pro hockey team.

This isn’t the only major Betfred news to come out in the past week, so let’s take a look at the deal and what to expect from the team in the partnership.

Vegas Golden Knights Partner With Betfred Sports

Betfred Sports is now an official sports betting partner of the Vegas Golden Knights! This partnership, which is inked for multiple years, looks to be mutually beneficial. Betfred Sportsbook will get exposure through LED signs throughout T-Mobile Arena (the home stadium of the Golden Knights).

Additionally, Betfred Sports advertisements will appear on the new digitally enhanced dasherboards, which have become prominent in the NHL this season. Plus, contests will be held with Golden Knights fans during intermission during various home games.

The Betfred Sports partnership wasn’t the first time the NHL team teamed up with a major sportsbook. The Vegas Golden Knights have also established deals with both Caesars Sportsbook and WynnBET Sportsbook.

Betfred Continues To Make Moves

The news of this partnership comes not too long after Betfred Sportsbook offered a special for anyone that placed wagers on the Cincinnati Bengals to win the Super Bowl. The announcement, which was posted to the company’s Twitter, shows Betfred chairman and founder Fred Done announcing that the sportsbook would pay out all Cincinnati Bengals Super Bowl winner tickets early.

The online sportsbook also has a partnership with the Bengals, who were one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl throughout the postseason.

Additionally, Betfred Sports just launched in Virginia, making it the ninth state featuring the mobile betting app. Betfred also confirmed a partnership with Londoun United FC towards the end of 2022.

Golden Knights Looking For Postseason Run

Heading into the All-Star Break, the Vegas Golden Knights are in postseason position, although winning the Pacific Division might be easier said than done. The team currently sits at third in the division with 62 points behind the Seattle Kraken and Los Angeles Kings, who both have 63 points.

The Golden Knights have seen some excellent performances this year, including from Chandler Stephenson, who leads the team with 44 points, and rookie goalie Logan Thompson, who has amassed 19 wins this year. Both Stephenson and Thompson will play in the 2023 All-Star Game.

The Golden Knights played in their inaugural season back in 2017, with the team making it all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals in their very first year. However, despite winning the first game, the team lost 4-1 to the Washington Capitals.

The team has overall made the postseason in four of its first five seasons, and is looking to make the playoffs once again with new head coach Bruce Cassidy. Betfred Sports lists the Vegas Golden Knights at +1500 to win the Stanley Cup, with the team facing the same odds as the Edmonton Oilers.
