Betr Confirms Market Access Agreements
According to a recent press release, Betr Holdings, Inc. has reached market access agreements that will allow it to offer its betting products in Kentucky, Colorado, and Pennsylvania.
Pending regulatory approval, Betr will get access to the state of Colorado thanks to a deal with Boulter Developments LLC. Steve Boulter of Boulter Developments LLC, commented, “Boulter Developments is excited to be partnering with Betr in the wonderful state of Colorado, pending licensing approval from the Colorado Division of Gaming. Their innovative approach to the gaming space, along with their intuitive product and rapidly growing media arm, make this a no brainer partnership for us.”
Betr is also looking to enter the Kentucky sports betting market with a market access deal with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
The company has also reached a deal with Cordish Gaming Group for the launch of Bet’s iGaming product. As Cordish Companies’ gaming division, the Cordish Gaming Group has casino resorts in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana.
Currently, Betr Sportsbook is available in beta form in three states: Massachusetts, Ohio, and Virginia. However, the company is not expected to renew its temporary Massachusetts incense. Betr already has market access with the Indiana sports betting industry. Additionally, Betr has submitted an application for a Maryland betting license.
According to the press release, Betr Sportsbook’s V1 product is expected to launch before the next NFL regular season starts.

Betr Online Casino To Launch In Pennsylvania
As part of the market access deal with Cordish Gaming Group, Betr Casino will be able to make its official debut in the state of Pennsylvania. Keep in mind that this launch is pending regulatory approval.
Cordish Gaming Group President Rob Norton said in the press release, “We are very excited to partner with Betr on the launch of their first online casino… “Betr Casino will make a winning addition to the gaming options available to Pennsylvania players, which includes two of our own successful Live! Casino properties.”
Pennsylvania is one of just a handful of U.S. states with online casino gaming. Other online casinos available in the Keystone State include BetMGM Casino, Borgata Casino, and Caesars Palace Casino.
The news of Betr’s online casino launch comes just a day after Fanatics Casino Online got the green light to enter the Pennsylvania iGaming market. The online casino app from Fanatics Betting and Gaming was previously only available in the state of West Virginia.

Betr Facing Serious Competition
Further expansion will be important for Betr, as the mobile sports betting site has ways to go when it comes to catching up to other major players. Take the state of Ohio for example. According to Play Ohio, Betr (which partnered with Hall of Fame Village) currently ranks 15th in online betting handle with $6.98 million. For comparison, the top three mobile sportsbooks in the state in terms of handle are currently FanDuel Sportsbook ($2.43 billion), DraftKings Sportsbook ($2.2 billion), and BetMGM Sportsbook ($433.3 million).
Betr’s further expansion and rollout of its V1 product could help the mobile sportsbook compete with other platforms in the future, but it will definitely be an uphill battle.
