BetRivers Differentiates NBA Offering With PropPacks

Rush Street Interactive is giving NBA betting fans a new reason to consider BetRivers this season.

BetRivers now offers PropPacks, a bonus game that comes with a wager of $10 or more on qualifying same-game parlays. The bettor will get up to three player cards from players on one or both of the teams in the game, Rush Street said in the Monday release.

“The player card game makes watching the action even more exciting by offering bettors at all levels, from those placing a bet for the first time to experienced sports wagerers, more ways to win from existing SGP bets at no additional cost to our bettors,” CEO Richard Schwartz said. “PropPacks reinforces our dedication to put our players first by creating value for them while elevating the betting experience in fun and exciting ways.”

The PropPacks cards will give bettors another way to win depending on how the player performs relevant to the card’s requirements.

The cards include props for scoring more than 20 points through 50 points. Those cards come in three tiers, with the highest tier offering a potential max jackpot of $10,000 in bonus credits.

Last year’s Basketball Squares promo gave bettors a random square entry with their bet. That led to “material growth” for BetRivers, with same-game-parlay bets up 55% in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the prior year.

The squares promo remains available for college basketball.

RSI sees Prop Central success

Rush Street Interactive is a casino-first iGaming operator but has focused on improving its sportsbook product over the past year.

This will be the second year Prop Central is live for NBA betting after it launched in September 2023.

The company reported that Prop Central boosted NBA player prop handle as a total percentage of NBA handle by more than 50% on its first quarter earnings call this year.
