Details of The Partnership
As of Jan. 30, games from Bragg’s Atomic Slot Lab and other exclusive content are now available to DraftKings New Jersey Casino customers.
This deal is an expansion of an existing partnership between DraftKings and Bragg, as Bragg had initially launched its Remote Game Server (RGS) with the operator in Michigan last year. Prior to that, Bragg had deployed other content and games via DraftKings in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
“The launch of our new proprietary and exclusive third-party content with DraftKings in New Jersey demonstrates the continued success of our initiative to expand existing relationships with leading North American iGaming operators,” Lara Falzon, President and COO of Bragg said. “The rollout of our new RGS technology and content in the market with DraftKings is an important step forward in expanding the availability of our new U.S. content to a new group of players in one of the country’s largest iCasino markets.”

Bragg Prioritizing North American Expansion
In an effort to expand their North American footprint, Bragg has partnered with several iGaming operators in the country. The list includes DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, Rush Street Interactive, Caesars, and several others.
“We have placed an emphasis on expanding our existing relationships with North American iGaming operators to include content from the new proprietary studios we launched this year, as well as exclusive games from our latest third-party studio collaborations,” Falzon said in another press release.
In September 2022, Bragg announced the consolidation of Bragg companies Oryx Gaming, Spin Games, and Wild Streak Gaming, under the Bragg name.
In Bragg’s 2022 Year in Review presentation, it wrote: “Closing the deal with Spin Games allowed us to set our sights on expanding in North American markets as well. The studio brought new slot games, industry insight and state licenses that enabled rich and massive content roll-out of our entire Bragg offering by all our proprietary and exclusive content partner studios into the rapidly growing regulated Canadian and USA markets.”

North American Online Casino Market
Currently in the U.S., online casinos are not wildly popular. While in-person casino betting is very common in most states, online casinos are another battle. Only six states – New Jersey, Delaware, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut – have legal online casino markets in the U.S. There have been talks that this could change in 2023 with states like Illinois considering legislation, though nothing has been confirmed.
The province of Ontario in Canada legalized and launched both sports betting and online casinos in April of last year, and the Ontario online casino market has seen plenty of popularity in the province.
