Broncos Vs. Seahawks (9/11/22) Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay Strategy

Week 1 of the NFL season is in full swing, and the opening slate of games has been fantastic thus far. On Monday Night Football, Russell Wilson returns to Seattle to face his former team in the Seahawks. With plenty of familiar faces reuniting, it’s sure to be a fascinating game. This article will focus on the best options if you’re looking to build a Same Game Parlay for the game.

Same Game Parlays are a great way to boost your profit on any given football game as you can combine different wagers for a much larger payout. Correlation is king in SGPs, so we’re looking for bets that make sense in conjunction with one another. For the purposes of this article, I’ll be using FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s take a look at our options.

Broncos Vs. Seahawks NFL Week 1 Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay

I’m very excited to see how the breakdown works for Denver tonight in new coordinator Nathaniel Hackett’s offense, and if you choose the right pass-catcher, you can lock in some serious value for anytime touchdown scorers. My money is on Courtland Sutton scoring tonight, as he is the big-bodied, physical red zone threat for this offense. With +165 odds on FanDuel, that’s a nice start to our Same Game Parlay.

In addition, let’s target Courtland Sutton over 59.5 receiving yards. Sutton only hit that line in four of his 17 games last season as he recovered from a torn ACL the prior year and suffered through poor quarterback play. Therefore, this line is deflated from where you’ll likely see it as the year goes on. The Seahawks are expected to start rookies Tariq Woolen and Coby Bryant at cornerback, and Sutton will have the upper hand against both.

I’m combining those Sutton props with a deflated line on Russell Wilson’s passing yards for the correlation – let’s grab 225+ yards at -260 on FanDuel – along with a deflated Broncos spread – I’m using -3.5 for this example. If you feel more confident in the Broncos covering or Wilson having more passing yards, feel free to use a higher number for your SGP.

Full Same Game Parlay on FanDuel:

  • Courtland Sutton Over 59.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
  • Courtland Sutton Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+165)
  • Russell Wilson 225+ Passing Yards (-260)
  • Denver Broncos -3.5 (-162)

Full Same Game Parlay Odds: +598 ($10 bet wins $59.88)

NFL Week 1 Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay Bankroll Builder

In these articles, I’m also breaking down bankroll builder parlays within the Same Game Parlay feature. With these bankroll builders, I’m looking for low odds in player props that we can combine together to get back to a high-confidence wager around even money. This game provides plenty of opportunities for this type of wager.

If I didn’t have so much respect for Patrick Surtain II as one of the best young cornerbacks in the NFL, I’d be targeting DK Metcalf’s yardage prop for tonight. He averaged 71.2 yards per game with Geno Smith last year, and he’ll be Smith’s go-to target. For our bankroll builder, we can utilize 40+ yards at -340 odds on FanDuel.

I’m also utilizing Courtland Sutton’s reduced alt line on receiving yards at 40+. You can read above why I like Sutton tonight, but even in a difficult 2021 season, Sutton went over 40 yards in just under half of his games.

Finally, let’s add in a reduced line on Javonte Williams rushing yards tonight. Williams went over 40 rushing yards in 12 of 17 games last season (71%), and he should be in line for an even greater workload in his second season. Williams averaged 4.4 YPC last year, so he should only need around nine carries to get this done.

Put that all together, and we reach surpass our goal of even money at +127. To recap, these are the selections:

Full Bankroll Builder on FanDuel:

  • DK Metcalf 40+ Yards (-340)
  • Courtland Sutton 40+ Yards (-320)
  • Javonte Williams 40+ Yards (-360)

Full Same Game Parlay Odds: +127 ($10 wins $12.75)
