NFL Week 13 Bills vs. Patriots SGP Strategy and Same Game Parlay Picks

Week 13 of the NFL season is here, and this week’s Thursday Night Football matchup should be a lot of fun as the Bills travel to New England. The Patriots will be looking for revenge after the Bills unceremoniously blew them out in their playoff matchup last year. After a seven-game Patriots win streak, the Bills suddenly have won four of five in this divisional series, including that playoff game.

In this article, I’ll be building a Same Game Parlay (SGP) surrounding these teams on FanDuel Sportsbook. With SGPs, we can combine different wagers for a big payout. You can always add or subtract to these SGPs as you wish, and it’s important to have confidence in the combination of plays that you have selected. Let’s get to work.

NFL Week 13 Thursday Night Football Same Game Parlay

In this Same Game Parlay, my primary focus will be on targeting Bills wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie. Last week, McKenzie came through in a massive way with five catches for 96 yards and a touchdown against the Lions on Thanksgiving. Over the full season, however, he’s averaging just 31.5 yards per game, so we can find plenty of value in his player prop markets.

McKenzie is the Bills’ closest thing to a speedster at wide receiver as his 4.2-second 40-yard time allows him to separate from defenders. That helps primarily against man coverage, and he has picked on teams that run a high rate of man coverage like the Lions last week. Detroit runs man coverage at a 44.1% rate, the third-highest in the NFL.

Earlier this season, McKenzie faced the Dolphins who play man coverage at the third-highest rate in the NFL. Again, he came through with seven catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. Those games against the Lions and Dolphins were his biggest of the season, and outside of those two, he’s averaging just 2 catches for 18 yards per game.

McKenzie’s ability to beat man coverage shined in the three games against the Patriots last year as he averaged six catches for 65.3 yards against them. That stretch was highlighted by an 11-catch, 125-yard outing that also featured a touchdown.

As you can see McKenzie’s base player prop carries a ton of value, and it’s one of my favorite plays on the entire board for this game. However, for this SGP, let’s take an alternate line on his receiving yardage prop. You can take McKenzie 70+ receiving yards at +520 odds, and I love that value given the matchup advantages at play here.

Of course, I’ll also combine that yardage prop with McKenzie’s anytime touchdown scorer prop. You can get that at +370 odds on FanDuel. If you wanted to just parlay those two props together, you’d be looking at +1460 odds. That’s a hefty payout and nothing to sneeze at. However, there’s one more Bills prop I love from this game.

To round out our SGP, I’ll play Josh Allen 50+ rushing yards at +128 odds. With his elbow still bothering him, Allen has 70+ rushing yards in three of his last four games after hitting that number just once in his first seven games of the season. You can get +320 odds on 70+ rushing yards on FanDuel, but I’ll play it a touch safer here as Allen should be getting healthier by the week.

Put it all together, and we have a juicy three-leg SGP that looks very enticing:

  • Isaiah McKenzie 70+ Receiving Yards (+520)
  • Isaiah McKenzie Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+370)
  • Josh Allen 50+ Rushing Yards (+128)

Full SGP Odds: +3453 ($5 wins $172.66)
