Chicago Bears vs Dallas Cowboys NFL Player Props & Picks (10/30/22)

Chicago Bears vs. Dallas Cowboys Player Prop Picks

The Chicago Bears are visiting the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8 of the 2022-23 NFL Season. The Bears are coming off a surprising win on Monday night, while Dallas is coming off a vey impressive and dominant win too on Sunday. This should be an interesting matchup because of the way each team looked last week. Let’s take a look at some player prop bets that make the most sense for this game on Sunday.

Ezekiel Elliott Over 59.5 Rushing Yards

Ezekiel Elliott is still the key on offense for the Cowboys, and that was proven even more so when Dak was out and the run game was still very dominant. It’s looking like he’ll play this week after getting a little nicked up the week before which is good news. He has 109 carries, 443 rushing yards, and four rushing touchdowns on the year. He has hit over this number in three of the seven games that the Cowboys have played in this year. The most he’s rushed for in a game was 81 yards in a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and the most rushing touchdowns he has in a game was two and he hit that last week. Chicago is giving up 150 rushing yards a game, which will help Elliott get over this number too. Take this bet here, the Bears’ rushing defense is susceptible and Elliott can take advantage of that.

Justin Fields Over 149.5 Passing Yards

This number is very low for Justin Fields, and rightfully so because the Bears have struggled in the passing game all year. He has 1,048 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, six interceptions, and he also has a 56% completion percentage. As low as this number seems, Fields has hit over this number in four of the seven games that the Bears have played in this year. He also hit over this number in the last four games which is a good sign due to consistency being an issue originally with this Bears offense. The Dallas Cowboys passing defense has been very good and is giving up 211 yards through the air a game. I like this bet to hit because with how good the Cowboys defense is, Fields is going to be asked to do more here overall.

CeeDee Lamb Over 78.5 Receiving Yards

CeeDee Lamb has taken over as Dallas’ primary receiver and has been very good in that spot. He has 37 receptions, 479 receiving yards, and two receiving touchdowns on the year so far. He’s hit over this number in just two of the seven games that the Cowboys have played in, but he’s been within 10 yards of getting over this number in two other games. His best game was against Washington when he had 97 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. The Bears are giving up 192 passing yards a game, so Lamb should get a good chunk of that average due to the number of targets he’ll see. Take this bet because he’s Dak Prescott’s best receiving option and should be able to get loose against this Bears defense.
