Dolphins Vs. Bills Same Game Parlay Picks, Strategy, & Odds For NFL Playoffs (1/15/23)

Sunday’s slate of NFL Wild Card action kicks off with an exciting AFC East showdown between the Dolphins and Bills. These teams split their games during the regular season, and this will be the much anticipated tiebreaker game. You can find full coverage for this and every Wild Card game across the site and on our YouTube channel.
In this article, I’ll put together a Same Game Parlay (SGP) for this Wild Card matchup. With SGPs, we can combine multiple different wagers across various markets to get an awesome boosted value. As always, don’t put more than you’re willing to lose on these SGPs. While the payout can be great, the odds are high for a reason. Let’s get to work.

Dolphins Vs. Bills Same Game Parlay
As I’m doing with many of the Wild Card SGPs for this round, let’s target the props of the favored team’s elite receiver. Of course, that would be Stefon Diggs, who has been somewhat held down by the Dolphins in previous matchups. However, in this hyped up playoff atmosphere, I don’t expect that to be the case.
We can get Diggs to go over 100 receiving yards at +194 odds, and I love that value. He finished the game against the Patriots in Week 18 with 104 receiving yards, and it was his first 100-yard game since November. I don’t expect him to have to wait as long this time around, and the Dolphins nearly allowed Garrett Wilson to go for 100 yards last week.
Diggs also has nine touchdowns this year, and he ranks fourth in red zone targets this season. With his elite open rate that ranks seventh in the NFL, Diggs will be open plenty against this banged up Miami secondary, and I like his chances to score one of the Bills’ touchdowns in this game. Let’s take his touchdown prop at +105.
In addition to our Diggs props, let’s grab a rushing yardage line for Josh Allen. He had 77 rushing yards in that game against the Dolphins a few weeks ago, and he’s been over the 40-yard threshold in 11 of his 16 games this season. Getting -260 odds on that prop is solid given the expectation that he will be aggressive with his legs in this playoff environment.
Finally, to round out our SGP, let’s add an alternate spread for the Bills. I lean towards them covering the -13 for the full game, but we don’t need to force that play here since we’re getting most of our value from the player props. We’ll take the Bills at -6.5 for -265 odds to round things out.
- Stefon Diggs 100+ Receiving Yards (+194)
- Stefon Diggs Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+105)
- Josh Allen 40+ Rushing Yards (-260)
- Buffalo Bills -6.5 (-265)
Full SGP Odds: +746 ($10 wins $74.62)
NFL Wild Card Round Same Game Parlay Bankroll Builder – Dolphins Vs. Bills
We had some mixed results with our bankroll builders earlier in the season, and I stopped including them, but I want to give it a shot in these articles for the playoffs. I’m testing these out for the Wild Card round to see if we can make some profit here, and I wouldn’t go overboard with tailing these as we’re still in the trial phase.
To start here, I’m taking the Bills -6.5. Like I mentioned above, I like them to cover the spread for the full game, but we’re getting some extra cushion here in the event that they don’t completely blow out the Dolphins. Still, winning by a touchdown with Skylar Thompson going on the road in a hostile environment shouldn’t be too much to ask.
Next, we’ll take Josh Allen 200+ passing yards and Stefon Diggs 50+ receiving yards. The correlation is obvious between quarterback and receiver. Both Allen and Diggs have cleared those respective lines in 13 of 16 games (81%) this year.
Finally, we’ll take a way juiced down over on 33.5 points at -520. The Bills could clear that number on their own if they want to as they’re in a “name your number” game here with the disintegration of Miami’s pass defense. Remember, they put up 47 points in the opening round against the Patriots last year.
