DraftKings NFL Daily Fantasy Cash Game Picks Week 10

Quarterbacks
Jared Goff ($6,500) vs Seahawks- Jared Goff wasn’t sharp in the Rams week 8 matchup but he had a bye to get things sorted out. He will also be up against the Seahawks this week, who rank as the worst pass defense on DK this season. They are coming off of a game where they got shredded by Josh Allen and the Bills offense. Goff should have his full complement of weapons and I fully expect him to bounce back in this great matchup.
Derek Carr ($5,400) vs Broncos- Derek Carr isn’t a “sexy” pick but he has been very solid this year for the Raiders throwing for 2000 yards 16 TDs and only 2 INTs. He has had a bit of a fumbling issue but I wouldn’t read too much into that. This game features two defenses that are both a little below average so I am expecting a bit of a high scoring matchup in great dome conditions in Las Vegas. At this price, I think Carr offers some great value for someone who has shown he can throw TDs without turning the ball over.
Running Backs
Aaron Jones ($7,100) vs Jaguars- Aaron Jones didn’t get his typical full workload this past week but he is expected to be a full-go on Sunday against the Jaguars. The Jags come into this game ranked 27th in rush defense this year allowing over 138 rushing yards per game as well as 30.9 OPPG. For Aaron Jones, who scores a lot of TDs, this could be the perfect matchup and I think this price is a steal for him. Jones hasn’t scored below double digits all year despite being banged up lately and he has become a key player in the short passing game for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense.
Zack Moss ($5,200) vs Cardinals- Zack Moss didn’t get a lot of carries last week but he led the team and Devin Singletary only carried the ball two times for 1 yard on the day. The big key is that Moss found the endzone once again on Sunday and looks to have fully taken the role as the goal-line back in this offense. He added 2 catches for 30 yards which also a key development that we haven’t seen consistently so far this season. It looks like we are getting closer and closer to a Zack Moss dominated backfield and even if he isn’t getting 20+ carries he can supplement that with the consistent TDs he has been scoring.
Wide Receivers
Stefon Diggs ($7,500) vs Cardinals- Sticking with the Bills, I love Stefon Diggs this week. Diggs is coming off a great performance where he scored 23.8 FPTS with 9 catches for 118 yards on 12 targets. Diggs is on his way to a career year and with Josh Allen slinging the ball early and often Diggs has yet to score in the single-digit this year and has 4 games with 20+ FPTS. The Cardinals pass defense ranks in the lower half of the league and after what we saw last week, I have a lot of confidence in the way Allen has been throwing the football.
Jarvis Landry ($5,900) vs Texans- In the 1st game without Odell Beckham Jr. due to a torn ACL, Landry was targeted 11 times and caught 5 balls for 52 yards. His conversion rate wasn’t ideal but that game vs the Raiders was plagued with bad weather and heavy winds so I wouldn’t look too far into it. The Browns will be up against the Texans this week and Baker Mayfield has shown that he can look his best vs these middle-tier defensive teams. If they want to be successful we are going to see a lot of Jarvis and getting him at under $6,000 is ideal in my opinion.
Tight End
Evan Engram ($4,500) vs Eagles- The play of Daniel Jones has been less than ideal but he is still targeting Engram very often. He has 3 straight games of 9+ targets and is coming off a game where he finally found the endzone for his first receiving touchdown on the year. His matchup vs the Eagles is great, they rank 32nd vs opposing TEs on DK this season. I wouldn’t expect him to get much more than 50 yards but he has the biggest upside of all the TEs in this range because of his volume of targets.
Defense
Green Bay Packers D/ST ($3,700) vs Jaguars- Despite Jaguars rookie QB Jake Luton looking pretty good in his first career start, I still like the Packers on Sunday. The current weather projects for scattered storms and a high in the 40s so we may see a very run-heavy game script. Even if conditions get better, after teams get 1 week of tape on Luton I believe they will be able to get the upper hand on him. Despite the relatively high price, the Packers will be on my roster this week.
