Sunday Night Football SPREAD THE LOVE – 9/13/2020
FanDuel Sportsbook is offering customers an interesting and new type of bonus this Sunday. During Sunday Night Football, the Los Angeles Rams will take on the Dallas Cowboys. FanDuel is offering Rams backers an increasing spread line.
The spread on the game (currently Dallas -3), will increase by one point for every 5000 bets that are placed on the Rams spread. That means if 100,000 bets are placed on the Rams, the line will jump 20 points in the Rams favor and the spread will be Los Angeles +23.
You don’t have to wait till kickoff to place your bets. Once you place your bet on the Rams, your odds will change to the updated spread. That means if you bet the Rams +3 and 100,000 people bet on the Rams, your spread will update to the +23 at kickoff.
This promotion is available to all eligible FanDuel Sportsbook customers in eligible states. Users must use the FanDuel Sportsbook App to place their bet. Max bet is $50.

NFL Week 1: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New Orleans Saints(-3.5)
The much-anticipated debut of the newly formed Tampa Bay Buccaneers will happen this Sunday when they take on the New Orleans Saints. Tampa Bay was the most bet Super Bowl-winning team this offseason following the addition of both Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.
Much like the Cleveland Browns last year, Tampa Bay enters this season as the most over-hyped team. Also like last season with the Browns, I’m not buying it. Tom Brady, now 43-years old, is the best quarterback to ever play the game. Still, trying to get this old dog to learn new tricks isn’t going to be an easy transition, especially the first week of the season. Also, can you really expect and injury-prone Gronk who has taken a year off to come out in NFL condition?
Drew Brees is in his 40s as well but he has been with the same system, players, and coaching staff for years. This is one of the most dangerous offenses in the NFL with the league’s best receiver in Michael Thomas and a top-five back in Alvin Kamara. Don’t forget, the Saints also have one of the league’s most underrated defenses.
While everyone else is racing to the window to put money on Tampa Bay all season, this is one I would sit back on and go the opposite. If Tampa Bay lives up to half of the hype they are getting, it will still take them some time to gel. Brady isn’t a deep-ball passer at this point in his career so connections with Chris Godwin might not be as lethal as some may think.
The Saints are only a 3.5-point favorite thanks to the hype of the public on Tampa Bay. Take advantage and bet on the far better team in a game where they should probably be closer to a full seven-point favorite.
Pick: Saints -3.5
