FOX Bet Forms Multi-year Partnership with Eagles

On Tuesday morning, the Philadelphia Eagles announced a multi-year sports betting partnership with FOX Bet, according to a press release. The partnership will include sponsorships and advertising on team channels and display FOX Bet signage around the Eagles stadium.

They will also have exclusive gameday offers for Eagles fans, and FOX Bet will be building an interactive sports betting studio at Lincoln Financial Field. This will allow fans to interact with FOX Bet personalities, and view FOX Bet content and Eagles social media platforms

“This new, fully integrated partnership with FOX Bet has enabled us to reimagine the way we deliver content to our fans in a fun and innovative way,” said Catherine Carlson, Senior Vice President of Revenue and Strategy, Philadelphia Eagles. “Every week during the NFL season, this new interactive studio will bring Eagles fans closer to the game through exclusive access and interviews, football commentary from some of the biggest on-air FOX Sports personalities, and many other surprises along the way. We look forward to growing our partnership with FOX Bet, an industry leader that continues to expand its footprint in the Philadelphia market.”

Partnership Details

The partnership is similar to what other professional sports teams are doing. There is signage throughout the Eagles stadium along with FOX Bet advertisement on Eagles media platforms. FOX Bet will also be building an interactive studio along with a FOX Bet Lounge at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Fox Bet Lounge will be 4,000 square feet along with having a production studio inside. 380 fans will be allowed in two and a half hours before kickoff and one hour after the game. The lounge will include all-inclusive food and beverage plans. The FOX Bet Lounge will be a typical sportsbook with tons of seating a TVs on every wall.

FOX Bet will also begin filming a gameday series that will be found on Eagles social media platforms like Twitter, Youtube, their team home page, and more. The series will be during Eagles’ home games only to capture the sites and sounds of the team in Philadelphia.

NFL & Sports Betting Partners

The Eagles are joining the Denver Broncos as another NFL team with a sports betting partner. Back in May, the Broncos became the first NFL team to form a partnership with a sports betting operator. They added three this past summer as Colorado launched sports betting in the state.

Now, FOX Bet gets into the mix with its partnership with the Eagles. As sports betting becomes more popular and legalized throughout the U.S., more NFL teams will form partnerships with sports betting operators.

Across all sports, the betting partners are offering fans different betting options on gameday and usually bringing in a betting lounge to the stadium. This will only continue with the rise in sports betting.

It was not too long ago when the NFL had restrictions on NFL teams, forming partnerships with sports betting companies. Now, when the NFL lifted the restriction earlier in 2020, a few teams are jumping on board. The Broncos have three partners, and the Eagles just formed their first one.
