Horseshoe Las Vegas Launches All-Ages Arcade

Caesars Sportsbook square logoAs if there weren’t enough reasons to check out the Las Vegas Strip, the renovating Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas has added a new attraction for patrons of all ages. The casino property, which is still under the Bally’s Casino branding in the midst of the renovation, looks to add a more family-friendly atmosphere with this new addition, which is currently referred to as The ARCADE at Bally’s Las Vegas, although will be renamed The Arcade at Horseshoe Casino in the future. Here’s what you should expect with the launch of the new arcade spot in Las Vegas.

What To Expect From The ARCADE

The ARCADE is expected to be a hot spot now that it’s opened its doors. The venue, which was designed by Aria Group (another major player in Las Vegas), is 7,000 square feet and will feature a wide range of different games. In addition to the different types of games, The Arcade will soon feature a full bar open for patrons to get anything from beer and wine to various cocktails.

The bar is looking to be open until 11pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Rather than using cash or coins on the various games, arcade-goers will instead use pre-loaded cards paid for with credit cards or cash. And, keeping with the paperless theme, points will be loaded onto the cards to be used on various prizes rather than standard tickets.

Games To Play At The ARCADE

The big draw for The ARCADE is, of course, the games. The attraction features over 80 different arcade games, including some of the standards like air hockey and skee-ball. You can expect classic arcade games such as House of the Dead and Cruis’n Blast, as well as virtual reality games centered around different properties. Additionally, The ARCADE features a giant claw machine for users to attempt to win prizes. Photos released by Caesars showcase the sleek design of the arcade property, with striking neon lights and games from wall to wall.

What Else To Do at Bally’s/Horseshoe Las Vegas

The opening of The ARCADE is just one part of what is expected to be a major overhaul in the transition from Bally’s to Horseshoe. There are renovations planned for everything from the casino floor to the building exterior. Restaurants such as M.Y. Asia by Chef Martin Yan and Jack Binion’s Steak are looking to provide quality dining experiences for casino patrons.

The casino itself features all the standard table games to go with over 1,250 different slot machines. For sports bettors, the property also features a Caesars retail sportsbook in which you can wager at different kiosks as well as at the counter. There are also various entertainment options with shows like Potted Potter and Extravaganza. The opening of The Arcade will be an interesting addition for the growing property on the competitive Las Vegas Strip. Horseshoe Casino Las Vegas looks to be another major property for Caesars Entertainment alongside Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, and The LINQ Hotel & Casino.
