Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Chargers Player Prop Picks
The Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Chargers game may be the most entertaining of the weekend. These are two up-and-coming quarterbacks with electric offenses that provide shootout potential.
However, I don’t see the game playing out that way. I think the Jacksonville aerial attack is going to come to a screeching halt today.
But we can capitalize on that by playing two props that emphasize Jacksonville’s ground game instead.
Check out my two favorite props for Sunday’s Jaguars vs Chargers game.
Trevor Lawrence Under 248.5 Passing Yards (-125) at DraftKings Sportsbook
Trevor Lawrence looks great! Doug Pederson has fixed this offense and put the generational quarterbacking prospect back on the right track.

Right?
Not so fast. Jacksonville has played the second-easiest strength of schedule through two weeks, and Lawrence has carved up the empty Washington and Indianapolis secondaries. Things get a lot tougher this week.
The Chargers have a legit defense. The front seven is anchored by Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack, and the duo lead Pro Football Focus’s fifth-best Pass Rush unit through two weeks. Meanwhile, Jacksonville ranks 15th in PFF’s Pass Blocking grades.
The Chargers also have an elite secondary led by JC Jackson and Derwin James. Patrick Mahomes only managed 235 yards against Brandon Staley’s defense last week. Why should we expect more from Lawrence?
Especially when Lawrence has eclipsed 250 yards just five times in his first 19 career games.
The projections are low on Lawrence as well, with The Action Network projecting Lawrence with just 242.5 passing yards on Sunday and Stokastic projecting just 239.5. The value is on the under with Lawerence’s passing total.
James Robinson Over 50.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at BetMGM Sportsbook
If Lawrence ends up falling short of his passing total, someone will have to gain yards for the Jaguars.
Look no further than James Robinson, who is two-for-two to this number in two games. Coach Pederson has also been feeding Robinson, allowing him 11 carries in Week 1 and 23 carries in Week 2.

The rush defense is as close as you can get to a weakness with the Chargers. They’re allowing 5.1 yards per carry and rank in the back half of the league in both Rush EPA per play allowed and Rush Success Rate allowed.
Josh Jacobs managed over 50 yards in Week 1 against the Chargers and Clyde Edwards-Helaire managed over 70 yards in Week 2. Coach Pederson understands there are holes to be taken advantage of.
Both The Action Network and Stokastic are projecting Robinson for 52 rushing yards here, but I’m expecting he will finish with over 60. This is worth a play.
