La Liga Odds 2022-23: Title Odds, Golden Boot, Relegation, & Top Four

La Liga Odds continuously find their way into the Real Madrid and Barcelona camp. They have combined for 51 La Liga titles between the two clubs. Real Madrid are to win La Liga and Barcelona are . Atletico Madrid will look to take on their rivals at to win.

La Liga Title Odds

Real Madrid () – Coming off their 35th La Liga title, Real Madrid also took home the Champions League. The turnover is starting to hit the Santiago Bernabéu with Marcelo, Isco, Jovic, and Bale all leaving this past summer. They brought in Aurelien Tchouameni and Antonio Rudiger. Benzema and Junior lead the Madrid attack, but the midfield continues to be their strength behind veterans Kroos and Modric. Madrid entered the season as slight favorites over Barcelona.

Barcelona () – Despite financial troubles, Barcelona had a spending spree this past transfer window. Names like Raphinha, Kounde, Lewandowski, Christensen and Kessie were all brought in. Even with Frankie De Jong in a limbo, Barcelona is in a better spot to rival Real Madrid for a La Liga title.

Atletico Madrid () – With a quieter transfer window compared to their rivals, Atletico Madrid is still a tremendous team but will need to tighten up defensively compared to last season. There is a gap between them and Barcelona and Real Madrid, yet any sort of slip-up from the two they will be within the hunt to give them a title challenge.

Villarreal () – With no real major moves even with a lot of rumors between them and other clubs, Villarreal continues to find a ton of success with their loan program and smart purchases. They have never won the La Liga title but did win the Europa in 2020-21. With no real European competition outside of the Conference League, a focus on La Liga could be in play after their form within the league has slipped.

La Liga Relegation Odds

Elche () has continued their battle in the relegation zone over the last few seasons. Last year was a success, and there is a chance they can ride last year’s success with no real departures during the window. Given the attacking options, Elche will need them to be firing given the backline is a problem. Cadiz () has very little depth and outside some forward options, there isn’t a lot of quality in the squad. Teams like Mallorca Girona, and Real Valladolid will all be in the mix to go down,

La Liga Top Four Odds

Much like most of the top flight leagues, La Liga has a small window of value for top four odds. Real Madrid and Barcelona are essentially locked in at these odds, and even Atletico Madrid () has seen a slip in value. It really comes down the final spot, which is really between Villarreal, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, and Sevilla. These teams have finished in the European spots over the last few years. Sevilla saw Kounde and Diego Carlos leave the club, which is a reason for why I would bank on Villarreal or Real Sociedad.

La Liga Golden Boot Odds

Strikers have been on the move this transfer window and another talented veteran striker joined the League. Robert Lewandowski has already put his stamp on La Liga with solid showings early, and he is to win La Liga Golden Boot. With Messi and Ronaldo out of La Liga, this opened the door for Karim Benzema in 2021-22, and he is to repeat in 2022-23. There is a massive dropoff in odds with Junior and Raphinha next. While you have Morata, Fati, and Mir all in the league and talented scorers, the volume isn’t quite there compared to the names above.
