Las Vegas Raiders Vs. Los Angeles Chargers Prop Bet Search Tool
For all the hype surrounding the AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs, it’s easy to forget how talented the rest of the division is. The Las Vegas Raiders are off to a hot 3-0 start while the Los Angeles Chargers are coming off a major win against the Chefs. Even the Denver Broncos, who haven’t seen much success since a Super Bowl win years ago, have been putting together convincing wins. And, weirdly enough, the Chiefs find themselves at the bottom of the division at 1-2. This week will give us more insight into what to expect from a talented AFC West. The Raiders travel to Los Angeles this Monday night to take on the rival Chargers. Let’s take a look at what player props you should take into consideration for the game.
Derek Carr Over 281.5 Passing Yards
The Raiders offense is clicking right now. They’re currency ranked first in the league, gaining 471 yards per game. However, it’s been the passing game that’s really been carrying the team. Derek Carr is connecting with his receivers while averaging 400 yards per game, and I really don’t see him slowing down anytime soon. The Raiders are going to have to keep up with a dynamic Chargers offense, and that’s easier said than done. Expect a pass-heavy game plan for this Monday Night Football matchup.
Mike Williams Over 75.5 Receiving Yards
Although Justin Herbert has plenty of talented receivers, Mike Williams has really been breaking out this season. In three games Williams has led the Chargers in receiving with 295 yards and four touchdowns. And the Chargers are going to be airing it out in this matchup early and often, as we saw last week against the Chiefs. Mike Williams hasn’t had fewer than 82 yards so far this season. Expect him to go over his total against the Raiders.
Darren Waller to Score a TD
Derek Carr has been playing at a high level this season, and his receivers have reaped the benefits so far. Darren Waller has hauled in 20 catches already, but has only found the end zone once. I think that changes Monday night. Waller’s on his way to establishing himself as one of the top tight ends in the league alongside George Kittle and Travis Kelce. Getting at least a touchdown in this primetime matchup will add to that idea. Waller is currently +125 to score a touchdown on DraftKings.
Justin Herbert Under 297.5 Passing Yards
Herbert is one of my favorite QBs in the league, and I could see him being in the MVP discussion throughout the year. However, he doesn’t always need to chuck it 300+ yards in order to succeed. He had 281 yards through the air against Kansas City, one of the weaker defenses in the league, while still throwing four TDs. The Raiders pass defense has been fairly successful so far this year, allowing just 235.3 passing yards a game. It might be close, but I expect Herbert to just barely miss his passing yard total.
