Miami Dolphins vs. Chicago Bears Player Prop Picks

The Miami Dolphins are visiting the Chicago Bears in Week 9 of the 2022-23 NFL Season. The Dolphins are coming off a close win last week, while the Bears are coming off a blow out loss where their defense got torched. This should still be an interesting matchup. Let’s take a look at some player prop bets that make the most sense for this game on Sunday.

Tua Tagovailoa Over 266.5 Passing Yards

Tua Tagovailoa has been huge for the Miami Dolphins this year. He has 1,678 passing yards, 12 passing touchdowns, three interceptions, and he has a 70% completion percentage on the year too. Tua hit over this number in three of the six games he’s played in this year, and was just short in another game too. The Bears have been decent against the pass this year and are giving up 199 passing yards a game. Tua has the ability to still get that number, especially with the weapons the Dolphins have in the receiving corps. I love this bet because Tua has had a big resurgence this year and the emergence of the Dolphins having a great receiving corps also factors in this as well. The Dolphins just play well with Tua under center and are even undefeated on the year with him in the lineup healthy.

Khalil Herbert Over 41.5 Rushing Yards

Khalil Herbert has been a revelation for the Chicago Bears this year. He has 91 carries, 563 rushing yards, and four rushing touchdowns on the year so far. He’s forced the Chicago Bears to go to a running back by committee approach because he’s been that good. He’s hit over this number in six of the eight games that the Bears have played in. The Dolphins are giving up 101 rushing yards a game up to this point in the year, and Herbert can still hit the over here and even with that average too. The Bears also split snaps between Herbert and David Montgomery, so that could hold him back. Take this bet because Herbert has proven to be the more consistent Bears running back this year. Herbert has been one of the bigger surprises this year too.

Tyreek Hill Over 101.5 Receiving Yards

Tyreek Hill has thrived this year in the Miami Dolphins offense. He has 69 receptions, 961 receiving yards, and two receiving touchdowns on the year so far. He’s also hit over this number in four of the eight games the Dolphins have played in, even though the total seems very high. Hill has been on a mission to prove that he’s still an elite receiver after the Chiefs traded him away, and he’s done that and then some so far. He has almost 1,000 receiving yards in just half a season so far, so he’s well on his way to potentially get close to 2,000 receiving yards. The Bears allow almost 200 passing yards a game, so this could be difficult, but he’s been that good this year. Take this bet because Hill is an explosive play waiting to happen, and he can take over a game too.
