Kris Dunn ($6,200) vs Nuggets– Dunn hasn’t been scoring at a high level lately but he contributes in up to 4-5 stats every night with his elite defensive ability. In the last 4 games Dunn is averaging 9.3 PPG 6.0 APG 3.8 RPG 2.0 SPG and 1.0 BPG. He also comes into tonight’s game vs the Nuggets with 30+ FPTS in 4 of his last 6 games. Overall Dunn could be a risky play if he can’t score a decent amount but his other contributions are why he is getting into my lineup tonight.
Dennis Schroder ($5,700) vs Lakers– Dennis Schroder has tons of value at this price range in my opinion. He comes into this game hot averaging 20 PPG 6 APG and 2.5 SPG in the last 2 games alone. His shot is starting to get going again and off the bench for the Thunder he continues to be able to produce with almost starter minutes. Schroder is a no brainer for me tonight vs a Lakers team without LeBron James.
Jimmy Butler ($6,800) vs Pacers–Butler is exceeding his season averages over the last handful of games averaging 21.6 PPG and 5.8 RPG on 54.9% shooting from the field in the last 5 contests. With 35+ FPTS in 3 of the last 4 games Butler is a strong play for me vs a Pacers team that is middle tier vs opposing SG/SF’s in DK this season. This is also a big game featuring 2 top Eastern Conference teams so we should see Butler’s full effort.
Marvin Bagley ($5,200) vs Hornets– Bagley returned from injury lately and he is still only getting 20ish minutes per game but he is making the most of them. He is averaging 10.5 PPG and 8.3 RPG in the last 4 games and has a streak of 3 straight double digit scoring games coming into tonight’s game. We should see his minutes start to increase and with that will come more scoring opportunities and rebounding which is where he can push his value over the top at this price.
Deandre Ayton ($6,600) vs Raptors– Another rookie I like tonight is Deandre Ayton who is almost averaging a double-double this season with 16.6 PPG and 10.6 RPG. He will be up against the Raptors who give up the 10thmost fantasy points to opposing centers in DraftKings and are without their starting C. With two 39+ FPTS performances and a 27.5 game in the last 3 I feel confident in rostering the rookie tonight on the road.
Chandler Hutchison ($3,700) vs Nuggets– Hutchison has seen his minutes increase for the Bulls over the last couple of weeks and he seems to be getting his groove shooting the basketball. In the last 2 games he has averaged 11.5 PPG and 6.0 RPG on 56% shooting from the field. At only $3,700 he is a flyer for me and I’m hoping he can continue the solid shooting into tonight’s game in Denver.
