Chris Paul ($6,600) vs Suns– Chris Paul recently came back from injury and he has been playing some good basketball. His minutes are also increasing as the games go on as he logged almost 30 in their last game vs Denver. In his 3 games back from injury Paul is averaging 14 PPG 7 APG and 4 RPG on 53% shooting from the field. He scored 20 in their last game and he looked more comfortable out on the court. Against the Suns I think he should have his way and will perform like the Chris Paul of old scoring around 20 PPG and dishing out plenty of assists.
D’Angelo Russell ($7,900) vs Bucks– Russell continues to thrive averaging 23.3 PPG 6.7 APG and 3.5 RPG in the last 6 games for the Nets. Russell was recently named an all-star and for good reason, he has single handily carried the Nets to being a potential playoff team and with 10+ FGM in 3 of the last 4 games he has been great for fantasy owners. Milwaukee is usually pretty tough on the defensive end but with the amount of times the ball is in Russell’s hand due to the Dinwiddie injury it’s hard to pick against him. Look for Russell to be his usual self tonight at home.
Kelly Oubre Jr. ($5,800) vs Rockets– Oubre has found himself a nice role in Phoenix off the bench, 14.6 PPG 5.4 RPG in the last 5 games. He is still managing to make himself useful in DFS despite him only shooting 32% from the field in those games. With the fast pace this game is expected to be played tonight Oubre feels like a great option with the steals and run outs he will be able to get. I like Oubre to be productive at home vs the Rockets in tonight’s contest.
Rudy Gay ($5,900) vs Kings– Rudy Gay seems to find himself on our list every time he plays but he has yet to let us down. He isn’t going to give you crazy numbers but he is easily one of the most consistent players in all of NBA fantasy. He is averaging 16.3 PPG and 6.8 RPG on 52% shooting which is good for 33.1 FPTS. The Kings rank 23rdvs opposing forwards this season in DK so a veteran like Gay shouldn’t have a problem getting what’s his. Take a long look at Gay as a high floor option vs the Kings tonight.
Kenneth Faried ($7,000) vs Suns– Even in games where Faried’s minutes are more limited than usual he still finds his way to be dominant on the court. He only played 20 minutes in their game vs Utah but still managed to put up 16 points and 12 rebounds for 33 FPTS. He should be on the floor more tonight vs a weak Suns front court so he should be able to dominate on both sides of the floor. Faried has stepped right into Capela’s role since the injury and I expect more of the same tonight.
Ed Davis ($4,100) vs Bucks– Davis doesn’t play a lot but he grabs boards like he does. Ed Davis comes into tonight’s game averaging 8 PPG and 11 RPG in only 21 minutes per game. At only $4,100 that production is rare and with the Bucks size he could see some increased playing time. If you are looking for a cheap option to finish off your lineup look at Davis vs Milwaukee.
