De’Aaron Fox ($7,300) vs Wizards– Fox was excellent on Saturday afternoon putting up 30 PTS 8 AST and 5 REB in a win over the Knicks. With that performance he is averaging 18.5 PPG 7.5 APG and 4.0 RPG on 55% shooting in the last 4 games. He makes an impact in the 3 major aspects of the game and even mixes in some steals which is why I think he is valuable in this spot. He will have a major athleticism advantage over Satoransky so he should be able to get a solid number up tonight.
Tomas Satoransky ($5,800) vs Kings– I know I just said Fox will have the athleticism advantage over Satoransky but that doesn’t mean Tomas can’t have his own success on the offensive end. The Kings rank dead last allowing the most fantasy points per game against PG/SG’s this season in DK. Satoransky comes into this one averaging 33 FPTS per game in the last 5 and he continues to fill up the stat sheet night in and night out, I don’t expect that to change vs a subpar Kings defense.
Caris LeVert ($5,100) vs Pistons– This is easily the riskiest play of the day because ever since returning from injury LeVert has been really inconsistent. He also has been in and out of the starting lineups but the good news is he hasn’t had less than 20 minutes in the last 10 games. Despite his very poor play LeVert is still getting 23.8 FPTS per game, which I know isn’t a lot but given how he has played it’s respectable. I like him to bounce back vs a Pistons team on the 2ndgame of a back-to-back and I think he is getting down to the price where he can offer some value.
Blake Griffin ($8,300) vs Nets– Sticking to that game, I like Blake Griffin tonight vs a Nets team that has struggled to contain big men this season allowing the 3rdmost FPTS for PF/C’s in DK thi season. It won’t get any easier for them tonight with Drummond and Griffin coming into town. In 2 games against Brooklyn this season Griffin is averaging 25.5 PPG 8.5 RPG and 5.0 APG and with the way he has been shooting, 10 FGM in each of the last 2 games, I think he can do even better tonight.
Steven Adams ($6,100) vs Jazz– Some may be intimidated going up against Rudy Gobert and the very good Jazz defense but not Adams. In 3 games vs Utah this season Adams has been at his best averaging 17.7 PPG 9.0 RPG and surprisingly 2.3 SPG. Although I don’t expect the steals to continue you can’t deny that Adams presence is tough for Utah to handle. I expect Gobert will be hunting for blocked shots vs Westbrook all night which should open things up for some easy Adams buckets tonight in Utah.
Nemanja Bjelica ($4,200) vs Wizards– Assuming Marvin Bagley is ruled out tonight I like Bjelica as a sleeper play tonight against Washington. He had pretty much fallen out of the rotation but with the Bagley injury he has been getting a lot of playing time. I like that in his last game Bjleica was able to get up 13 shots and he had proven early in the year he can get the shot rolling and put up big numbers. Off of a 39 FPTS double-double in the Kings last game I am forced to take a look at Bjelica tonight in Washington.
