Derrick White ($6,500) vs Mavericks– Derrick White has quietly put together a solid year running the point for San Antonio after Dejounte Murray was hurt in the offseason. He comes into this one playing well averaging 12.5 PPG 6.0 APG and 5.3 RPG in the last 4 games. His game plays sort of like Tomas Satoransky with his ability to contribute in multiple aspects of the game but he won’t “wow” you in any certain category. The Spurs will be taking on the Mavs in a big Texas rivalry matchup and against Jalen Brunson he should have a good shot at putting up some solid numbers.
Jamal Murray ($6,300) vs Timberwolves– Murray has been up and down a lot this season but coming into this one he has been doing pretty solid averaging 19.2 PPG 4.4 APG and 3.4 RPG which is around his season average and he is shooting an excellent 43% from behind the arc. The Timberwolves have been a middle tier defensive team vs opposing guards this season and in this matchup they could be outmatched. Look for Murray to be the focal point in the Nuggets offense tonight at home.
Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11,500) vs Pelicans– Giannis is a must play for me tonight against the Pelicans, he is averaging around his season totals over the past 6 games and has yet to score below 50 FPTS in each of his last 5 games. He showed us in recent games that he is back at full strength and against a Pelicans team dealing with lots of injuries and resting players (Anthony Davis) I think this is a great spot for the Greek Freak to do some damage.
Domantas Sabonis ($5,700) vs Knicks– Sabonis just came back from injury in the Pacers last game and wasn’t at the top of his game going 1-7 from the field but he will still able to rack up 25 FPTS with 9 PTS 6 REB and 6 AST in 20 minutes. His minutes will likely increase tonight and we can’t expect him to shoot the ball that poorly again. That paired with his elite rebounding off the bench I love Sabonis tonight against the lowly Knicks at home tonight.
Noah Vonleh ($4,600) vs Pacers– Speaking of the Knicks, I do like one player on their roster tonight and that’s Noah Vonleh who comes into this one priced at only $4,600. For a guy averaging 13 PPG and 8.6 RPG on 70% from the field in the last 5 games I feel like we are getting some value here. The Pacers are allowing the 9thmost fantasy points to opposing big men this season and with Vonleh showing he can be threat for a double-double as of late I am willing to take a risk here.
Ante Zizic ($3,700) vs 76ers– Zizic recently returned to the starting lineup and was huge last night scoring 17 points with 7 rebounds in a win over the Raptors. Kevin Love will not be playing tonight due to rest so that leaves Zizic as one of the only true big men for Cleveland. While Philly is great against big men I think there will be enough opportunity for Zizic to make some things happen tonight with Love out of the lineup.
