Dennis Schroder ($5,300) vs Trail Blazers– Schroder has stepped up in the last two games for the Thunder scoring the ball off the bench and they are going to need more of that if they want to keep this series alive. He has scored 17 points in each of the last two games and has averaged 4.5 APG and 4 RPG in those games. He is shooting it at a solid clip and as long as he continues to run the show with the bench unit he will get double digit shot attempts every night. Schroder is a great value at this price in my opinion.
Caris LeVert ($5,900) vs 76ers– Caris continues to play great in this series and because of that his DK price continues to rise but at sub $6,000 I think he still offers value. He has scored 42+ FPTS in each of the last two games and in a lot of the last game he was running the point with D’Angelo Russell playing off the ball. Because of this he went on to get 6 assists with is his high for the series. LeVert has consistently contributed in multiple aspects of the game in this series and I don’t see that changing in this series especially coming off his performance in their last game when he played 40+ minutes.
Paul George ($9,000) vs Trail Blazers– Paul George was superb in game 4 for the Thunder despite their loss putting up 32 PTS 10 REB and 6 AST en-route to 59 FPTS. In this series he has put up 26.8 PPG 8.5 RPG and 3.8 APG and is averaging almost 50 FPTS per game. They are going to need all he can give to stay alive in this series tonight and if game 4 showed us anything it’s that he has to potential to have a huge game. His shot has been a little inconsistent but he has still put up some solid numbers when it hasn’t gone well shooting so I feel confident putting George in my lineups at $9,000.
Moe Harkless ($4,600) vs Thunder– Moe Harkless has quietly been having a solid series vs the Thunder contributing on the glass and on the defensive end. He comes into this game averaging 9.5 PPG 7.0 RPG 2.0 BPG and 1.3 SPG which may not seem like a lot but he has been able to put up an average of 25 FPTS per game in this series and scored 39 in game 4. Harkless is a really active player who is always around the ball and he has played 34 minutes in each of the last two games and that is why I feel confident rostering him at only $4,600.
Nikola Jokic ($9,300) vs Spurs– Jokic is coming off an excellent game where he scored 29 PTS 12 REB and 8 AST in a double digit win over the Spurs. Jokic has done it all this series almost averaging a triple-double with 20.5 PPG 11.8 RPG and 9.3 APG for 52.8 FPTS per game. After not shooting it much in game 1 Jokic has flipped a switch and has shot the ball 15,14, and 22 times in games 2-4 which has only increased his value. The Spurs have no answers for the game that Jokic brings to the table so as Denver heads back home there is no reason for me to think that anything will change. He is an elite player and in these small slates consistent scoring big name players who also possess high ceilings are must own players.
Monte Morris ($3,800) vs Spurs– Monte Morris continues to put up some solid numbers off the bench for the Nuggets in a playmaking role for the bench unit. He has scored in double digits in each of the last 3 games and has not shot the ball at a percentage worse than 50%. Morris is priced really low tonight so if you want to take a flyer I think someone who possesses the skills that Morris has is your best bet. With the ball in his hands he can make things happen and in this series he has proved it. Look at Morris as a solid value option.
