NBA DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks 4/26/21

Point Guard

Derrick White ($6,900) vs Wizards- Derrick White has quietly been a great #2 option for the Spurs behind DeMar DeRozan. In the last 6 games, he is averaging 18.5 PPG 4.8 APG and 4.2 RPG and has also added on 1.2 BPG and 0.7 SPG. He isn’t shooting the best percentages but he is filling the stat sheet enough to warrant being on my roster. White comes in at a great price tonight vs a Wizards team that is allowing the 8th most fantasy points to opposing point guards on DK so far this season.

Shooting Guard

Derrick Rose ($5,200) vs Suns- Derrick Rose may be at the tail end of his career, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be an effective option off the bench for the Knicks. A key reason the Knicks have been so good is Rose’s 18.8 PPG 5.0 APG on 60.9% shooting in the last 5 games. The Knicks are clicking at all levels and even though they are going up against the Suns I believe they can still be effective. Rose hasn’t been using the 3 pointers but he is getting to the rim and I don’t think Ayton and company will be able to slow down tonight.

Small Forward

Kyle Anderson ($6,300) vs Nuggets- Anderson doesn’t do any particular thing at an above-average level but he does enough to be very fantasy relevant. Coming into tonight’s game he has put up 11.2 PPG 7.0 RPG 4.2 APG 1.2 BPG and 1.0 SPG in the last 6 contests. The shooting has never been a strong suit but he stuffs the stat sheet and has shown to be one of the best defenders in the league based on steals and blocks. I like Anderson’s high floor here vs a Nuggets team that hasn’t been the best on the defensive end.

Power Forward

Jaren Jackson Jr. ($6,500) vs Nuggets- Jaren Jackson Jr. is finally playing basketball again and he is doing it very well. In 2 games since returning he is averaging 19.0 PPG 5.5 RPG and 2.5 BPG while shooting 56% from the field. He is only playing around 20 minutes per game but he has been able to be very effective in a limited time. Jackson hasn’t been the best on the boards in his career but he is making up for that by putting up elite-level blocking numbers. Even with his limited time, I think Jackson will easily top 30 FPTS tonight in Denver.

Center

Rudy Gobert ($8,600) vs Timberwolves- Rudy Gobert is one of the most consistent players in fantasy and over the last 4 games it hasn’t been much different. He is averaging 13.8 PPG 17.0 RPG and 2.3 BPG in those games while shooting 72% from the field. In 2 games vs the Wolves this year Gobert has put up 36.1 FPPG so I think Gobert will be around there again tonight. The rebound numbers have been up lately so while we see this I feel like $8,600 is a very respectable price for one of the best defensive big men in the league.

Sleeper Play

Daniel Gafford ($3,900) vs Spurs- Daniel Gafford never got the playing time he needed to be successful in Chicago, but it looks like he is starting to see it in Washington. In the last 6 games, Gafford is averaging 12 PPG and 7 RPG while blocking an outstanding 2.8 shots per game. Gafford has shown flashes but it looks like he may be putting it all together. There is always a lot to worry about with Scott Brooks’ big man rotation but after a stellar game last night I think Gafford should be in line for some extra minutes vs the Spurs in this one.
