Keep up to date with the latest projected & Confirmed NBA starting lineups in real-time at @nbastartlineups.
With only 1 game on the NBA slate we are only able to play “Showdown Captain Mode” where you select one player who cost 1.5x their regular salary but they get you 1.5x the FPTS.
Khris Middleton ($12,600) vs Raptors– Middleton was off his game in game 1 for the Bucks going 4/12 from the field but he was still able to get 32.75 because he was able to grab 11 REB and 4 AST. Middleton can score the basketball and we all know that so I expect him to bounce back like a lot of all-star caliber players have this postseason. He has also been very consistent only scoring less than 32.75 FPTS once in his last 6 games. Look for Middleton to continue to let it fly from deep off of Giannis drives and in transition per usual tonight.
Kyle Lowry ($7,800) vs Bucks– Kyle Lowry was magnificent in game 1 of this series scoring 30 PTS with 8 REBs on 10/15 shooting from the field and 7/9 from 3. While I don’t expect him to put up those kinds of numbers I expect his scoring to go down but he will have more assists like we are used to. He only had 2 in their last game and he took the most shots since game 2 of their series vs the 76ers. Overall Lowry has been a very solid DFS option this postseason and the notion that he isn’t good in the playoffs is overblown in my opinion.
Malcolm Brogdon ($7,000) vs Raptors– Once again Brogdon provided great value for the Bucks off the bench scoring 15 PTS with 3 REB 3 AST. The good sign for fantasy owners was that he played 27 minutes which is around what he was at prior to his injury. Even though he is going to come off the bench again Brogdon runs the show for the bench unit and he will more than likely play some big minutes with the starters down the stretch. His price keeps going up but this is still a price where I still feel confident in getting value.
George Hill ($3,400) vs Raptors– George Hill went scoreless in game 1 of this series but with his efforts passing the ball, 4 AST, and on defense, 4 STLs, he was able to salvage a mediocre fantasy day. It is a bit worrisome with Brogdon coming back if Hill will be able to score enough but he has shown to provide value in all aspects of the game. He can play off and on the ball so he will likely keep his minutes so I have no problem rostering Hill at this cheap $3,400 price.
