Point Guard
James Harden ($11,800) vs Thunder– Right off the bad we are going with the highest price player on the board here. James Harden has had a tougher time than usual vs Lu Dort and the Thunder but he is still putting up amazing numbers. In Monday’s game he put up 32 PTS 15 AST and 8 REB to go along with 4 STLs as well. While he may not shooting the best % from the field right now, without Russell Westbrook he is getting tons of action which will lead to another big performance in my opinion tonight.
Shooting Guard
Eric Gordon ($6,100) vs Thunder– Eric Gordon came through for us on Monday afternoon finally getting some shots to fall putting up 23 PTS and 33.75 FPTS. He continues to get plenty of shots up and most of them are coming from behind the arc. The Rockets will be without Russell Westbrook again tonight, so I expect Gordon to be 2nd in shot attempts behind Harden and the longer we go I think he will continue to shoot better and better from the field. With only 3 games on today’s slate I think getting a guy who is this involved in the offense at this price is a steal.
Small Forward
Danuel House Jr. ($5,500) vs Thunder–The last Rockets player I like in this game is Danuel House Jr.. House was superb on Monday scoring 21 PTS with 6 REB and shooting over 50% from the field. House has been great from behind the arc in this series and has been getting active on the glass along with PJ Tucker in the Rockets small ball lineup. House comes in at a pretty good price for a guy who almost recorded a double-double in 2 of the last 3 games. I like House tonight especially if he will be near the 40 minutes a game he has been playing for most of this series.
Power Forward
Carmelo Anthony ($5,900) vs Lakers– Carmelo hasn’t been his best during this series but with Damian Lillard and Zach Collins out for this game the Blazers are going to have to find scoring and Melo will be one of those guys. In the last 2 games he is averaging 18 PPG but he hasn’t contributed much in other aspects of the game. However, in 2 games this series he has grabbed 6+ rebounds so I am not too worried about that in the long term. Even with Lillard on the floor Melo has had 15 shots in the last 2 games so I have no fear that he is going to get plenty of opportunities tonight.
Center
Steven Adams ($5,500) vs Rockets– Steven Adams hasn’t been scoring a lot but against the smaller players on the Rockets he has been able to grab a lot of boards and has scored no less than 25 FPTS in 3 of his last 4 games. Adams has grabbed double digit rebounds in 3 of the 4 games of this series and he scored in double digits for the 2nd time in the series on Monday. Adams has had a decent amount of shot opportunities but he needs to convert and with the way he is rebounding he could have a very solid night at this price if he puts it together.
Sleeper Play
Luguentz Dort ($4,200) vs Rockets– Lu Dort is mostly known for his defense vs James Harden but his offensive game has yet to catch up. He is only shooting 30% from the field in this series and he has gone 3/10 in each game that he has played. He is left open and still lets it fly and in the past he has shown that he can make a couple 3s if he gets off to a quick start. He won’t score 20 PTS but if he can get double digits and continue to play good defense and grab rebounds he will be a great value at $4,200 in a 3 game slate.
