NBA DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks 9/4/20

Point Guard
Goran Dragic ($7,900) vs Bucks– Once again we are here making a NBA DFS lineup and it includes Goran Dragic. Dragic was great again scoring 24 PTS with 5 REB and 4 AST and looks like the Dragic we saw from a couple of years ago. This is now 3 of the last 4 games where he has scored over 40 FPTS and it looks like this is starting to become a regular thing for him. He has been getting up 15+ shots a night and his 3 ball has looked very good as well. His price has continued to rise but with the way he is playing I have no issues with $7,000.
Shooting Guard
Tyler Herro ($5,200) vs Bucks- Herro is another Heat player that I really like and he has been playing great handling the ball in the Heat’s most recent games. He scored 30.75 FPTS in their last game with 17 PTS 5 REB and 4 AST and those are the type of numbers that we have been seeing from him over the past 2 weeks or so. Herro has one of the best jumpers on the team and when he is in more of a playmaking role that increases his value quite a bit. At only $5,200 I am rostering Herro with confidence.
Small Forward
Khris Middleton ($8,200) vs Heat–Despite the game outcomes, Khris Middleton has been putting up some pretty good numbers for the Bucks. He has scored over 40 FPTS in his last 3 games and he has been stuffing the stat sheet with points rebounds and assists. He is averaging 6 RPG 6.5 APG and 25.5 PPG through the first two games of this series and his shot has looked pretty good. The price is a bit high here but given all that he does there is a lot of upside if he has one of those breakout games the Milwaukee will likely need at some point in this series.
Power Forward
Anthony Davis ($10,600) vs Rockets- Anthony Davis has to be licking his chops after seeing that the Lakers will go up against the Rockets in the 2nd round of the playoffs. In 2 games vs the Rockets this season Davis was superb scoring 24.5 PPG 12.5 RPG while shooting 65.5% from the field. The Lakers big man will likely be going up against PJ Tucker and although he is a good defender, he is just too small for one of the best most agile big men in the NBA. Davis has a steep price in this matchup but I would pay anything to get him in my lineup when healthy vs Houston.
Center
Dwight Howard ($4,000) vs Rockets- Another Lakers big man that I like is Dwight Howard. Howard played great vs the Blazers in the Lakers first round series and I think that should carry over vs the undersized Rockets. He doesn’t play much more than 20 minutes a game but he is very active on the glass and defensive end. He even scored more than usual in the Lakers last 2 games with 12 PPG. The upside isn’t huge here but I think Howard gets the job done for a guy who is priced in this range.
Sleeper Play
Alex Caruso ($3,600) vs Rockets- Lastly as my value low cost option I have Lakers point guard Alex Caruso. Caruso averaged 20 FPPG in 2 matchups vs the Lakers earlier this season but it looks like he has gotten into a bit of a groove after the 1st round series vs the Blazers. He is active on the glass for a point guard and 3 games ago he was able to rack up 7 dimes. I don’t know if we can expect a huge game but of the guys in this range I believe Caruso has the most upside by far.
