New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills Player Prop Picks
The New York Jets visit the Buffalo Bills in Week 14 of the 2022-23 NFL Season. The Jets are coming off a very close loss last week while the Bills are coming off a comfortable win last week. This should be an interesting matchup for the pecking order of the AFC East. Let’s take a look at some props and that make the most sense for this game on Sunday.
Josh Allen Over 257.5 Passing Yards
Josh Allen has been very good this year and was once seen as the MVP frontrunner. What’s killed him has been the turnovers he’s been responsible for this year. He has 3,406 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, 11 interceptions, and he has a 64% completion percentage on the year. He’s also hit over this number in 6 of the 12 games that the Bills have played in this year. Allen still is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but he needs to play better and this is a good game to show it. The Jets allow 214 passing yards a game and will be a very tough matchup for Allen. Still, take this bet because Allen didn’t play well against the Jets the first time they played and this is a perfect time for him to rebound.
Garrett Wilson Over 62.5 Receiving Yards
Garrett Wilson might be the frontrunner for Offensive Rookie of the Year after the year he’s having. He has 57 receptions, 790 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns on the year. He’s also hit over this number in 5 of the 12 games that the Jets have played in. Wilson has also been putting up big numbers this year even with a revolving door at quarterback, whether it being Zach Wilson, Mike White, or Joe Flacco. The Bills allow 236 passing yards a game, which will be a tough matchup for Wilson. He has easily become the primary receiver and should see a huge volume of targets that should help him get over this number regardless. Wilson has established himself as one of the better young receivers in the NFL so far, and this game should show that more.
Stefon Diggs Over 78.5 Receiving Yards
Stefon Diggs has thrived in Buffalo and this has been one of his best years in the NFL. He has 91 receptions, 1,202 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns on the year. He’s also hit over this number in 8 of the 12 games that the Bills have played in. Diggs has benefited a ton from having Josh Allen as his quarterback, and this year is just another sign of that. The Jets allow 214 passing yards a game which will be a tough matchup for Diggs, especially if he’s matched up with Sauce Gardner on the outside. This is still a good bet to take because the volume of targets that Diggs is going to see should be able to take him over the top, even though the Jets have a very good defense. The Bills offense has a lot of potential here because the game is in Buffalo compared to the last time they played.
