NFL DraftKings Picks Conference Championship Round

Top Quarterback Picks

Drew Brees ($5,900) vs RamsDrew Brees was great in the first playoff game for the Saints this season throwing for 300 yards and 2 touchdowns in a victory. He will be going up against the Rams this Sunday, the same team who he threw for 346 yards and 4 touchdowns in their last meeting. Brees at home is a tough problem to solve for defenses and I think it will be once again this week.

Upside Pick:

Tom Brady ($5,800) vs ChiefsBrady silenced all the doubters last week throwing for 343 yards vs the Chargers. The KC defense hasn’t been great this season and although it is supposed to be around 10 degrees on game day I think he still produce a quality game. With the amount of run after catch from dump offs to James White the yardage should be there just a question on if he will find the endzone.

Top Running Back Picks

Alvin Kamara ($6,500) vs RamsKamara played well last week rushing for 71 yards and catching 4 balls for 35 yards vs the Eagles. Kamara is an elite running back and in their last game vs Philly he rushed for 82 yards 2 TDs and added 34 yards receiving and a TD as well. The rushing and receiving potential is just too much to pass up in this matchup vs LA.

Upside Pick:

Rex Burkhead ($3,400) vs ChiefsBurkhead isn’t the lead back in New England but he does end up with some meaningful carries. Last week he picked up a short TD on 4 carries for 12 yards. That makes 2 games in a row for Burkhead with a TD and in a slate with only 2 games he is worth a shot in my opinion.

Top Wide Receiver Picks

Tyreek Hill ($7,700) vs PatriotsTyreek Hill was targeted early and often last week racking up 13 targets and 8 catches for 72 yards. He also added a rush for 36 yards and a TD. In the Chiefs last game vs the Patriots he could not be contained having 7 catches for 142 yards and 3 touchdowns. It’ll be cold in KC this Sunday and I think his speed could play a huge factor again vs New England.

Upside Pick:

Phillip Dorsett ($3,900) vs ChiefsDorsett isn’t the first player you think of when you are thinking of New England but with a TD last week he now has 2 in the last 2 games. He has been targeted 10 times in those 2 games and has hauled in an impressive 9 catches. At only $3,900 vs the poor Chiefs defense I think he is worth a shot to maybe find the endzone for a 3rdstraight game.

Top Tight End Picks

Rob Gronkowski ($4,100) vs ChiefsThere has been a lot of talk about Gronk’s production going down and it held up last week when he only had 1 catch for 25 yards against the Chargers. His price has continued to fall over the last couple weeks ago and I think it is at a point where he could have some value. He is still a redzone threat and in a game like this one the scoring could be very high for both teams.

Upside Pick:

Benjamin Watson ($2,600) vs RamsWatson hasn’t done much over the last couple of weeks but he comes into this Sunday’s game priced at only $2,600. If you want to splurge on a big name player I think Watson could be a guy to play at TE with the potential to put up some solid numbers. In their last matchup vs LA Watson was able to catch 3 balls for 62 yards and a touchdown. It sure is risky but with only 2 games it’s something you have to do in some spots.
