NFL Power Rankings Week 10: Can Anyone Take Top Spot From Chiefs?
Halfway through the season, the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs sit atop the latest NFL power rankings.
Use any of the sportsbook apps listed below to plan on bets for this week.
1. Kansas City Chiefs
Already having reunited with Kareem Hunt, and acquired DeAndre Hopkins and Josh Uche, the Chiefs are reportedly looking to trade for Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore.
2. Detroit Lions
Despite adverse weather in their first outdoor game of the year, the Lions still dominated the Packers, with Jared Goff (18-for-22, 145 passing yards, TD) posting another efficient line.
3. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens swiftly rebounded from a stunning loss in Cleveland by thrashing the upstart Broncos at home.
4. Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen turned in another MVP-caliber performance to hold off the Dolphins and basically secure a fourth straight AFC East title.
5. San Francisco 49ers
Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) is expected to return in Week 10, and the 49ers badly need his services with Jordan Mason (shoulder) injured before their bye.
6. Philadelphia Eagles
Saquon Barkley is averaging 146.7 rushing yards over his last three outings, and the Eagles have rolled to four straight wins.
7. Green Bay Packers
Jordan Love (groin) played through injury and seemed to hurt his team due to a lack of mobility, costing the Packers in a home loss to the division-leading Lions.
8. Houston Texans
The Texans are getting 3.5 to 4.5 points at home ahead of a Sunday Night Football matchup against the red-hot Lions. Nico Collins (hamstring) is expected to return.
9. Minnesota Vikings
Defenses are daring Sam Darnold to beat them, and the former No. 3 overall pick came through against the Colts after sputtering down the stretch in consecutive losses.
10. Pittsburgh Steelers
Russell Wilson and George Pickens have quickly established a rapport to give the Pittsburgh offense an explosive element before heading into the tougher half of its schedule.
11. Washington Commanders
Jayden Daniels led the Commanders to a fifth straight road win, and the Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite is now sporting a 71.8% completion rate with a 104.3 passer rating.
12. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons handled the spiraling Cowboys with relative ease but lost Drake London to a hip injury in Week 9.
13. Cincinnati Bengals
Joe Burrow was surgical with five passing touchdowns against the Raiders to lift the Bengals to their first home win of the season.
14. Arizona Cardinals
While they might have a reputation as a finesse team with a vulnerable defense, the Cardinals have won three straight by pounding the rock and holding the opposition to field goals.
15. Los Angeles Chargers
Joey Bosa (hip) is back on defense, and Quentin Johnston is back to give the Chargers’ offense another receiving threat.
16. Los Angeles Rams
Down 13-3 at halftime, the Rams came up with a 103-yard pick six during a dramatic comeback to win in Seattle.
17. New York Jets
The Jets kept their season alive thanks to a few miraculous plays from Garrett Wilson and Davante Adams in a narrow win over the Texans.
18. Seattle Seahawks
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (seven receptions, 180 yards, two touchdowns) turned in his best game as a pro, and DK Metcalf (knee) could be back to face the 49ers in Week 11 after the bye.
19. Denver Broncos
Bo Nix made some plays early, and the Broncos were able to move the ball in Baltimore, but they were eventually outclassed in a battle of five-win teams.
20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Injuries have cost the Bucs on both sides of the ball. Mike Evans (hamstring) is out multiple weeks, and Chris Godwin (ankle) is done for the season.
21. Chicago Bears
Matt Eberflus is now 3-17 on the road as the head coach of the Bears. He is firmly on the hot seat as the franchise looks to build around Caleb Williams.
22. Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis run defense has improved tremendously in recent weeks, but the team’s quarterback situation is still messy. Teams are reportedly inquiring about trading for Anthony Richardson.
23. Miami Dolphins
With Miami’s season on the line, Tua Tagovailoa came through against a Buffalo defense that’s had his number in the past. An injury-riddled Dolphins defense just couldn’t seal the deal.
24. Dallas Cowboys
It looks like a lost season for the Cowboys with Dak Prescott (hamstring) added to a slew of costly injuries on the defensive side of the ball.
25. Cleveland Browns
Jameis Winston sparked the Browns in his first start but got lucky when the Ravens dropped three potential interceptions. The Chargers’ defense caught all three of his turnover-worthy throws.
26. Jacksonville Jaguars
Trading left tackle Cam Robinson to the Vikings ahead of a Week 9 matchup at Philadelphia indicates how the Jaguars feel about their playoff prospects this season.
27. New York Giants
After passing for zero yards in the first half, Daniel Jones finally threw a touchdown pass at home during a desperate comeback bid against Washington.
28. Tennessee Titans
Mason Rudolph is 9-6-1 in his career as a starter, and Will Levis is 4-10 over two seasons with the Titans. The franchise will likely target a quarterback in the draft next April.
29. New Orleans Saints
Losing Chris Olave (concussion) on the first series of the game certainly hurt the Saints offense, but that unit bounced back with Derek Carr (oblique) active. It was an injury-diminished defense that cost New Orleans a seventh straight loss.
30. Las Vegas Raiders
Gardner Minshew was benched again after an ineffective start, this time for Desmond Ridder, as the Raiders look toward the future.
31. New England Patriots
Drake Maye pulled a rabbit out of his proverbial hat to get the Patriots to overtime in Tennessee. New England has an intriguing rookie quarterback to build around.
32. Carolina Panthers
The Panthers rallied around Bryce Young to score their second win of the season. Carolina’s defense is still extremely vulnerable, and veteran receiver Adam Thielen could get moved ahead of the deadline.
