NFL Week 4 Jaguars vs. Eagles Same Game Parlay Strategy (10/2/22)
As we enter Week 4 of the NFL season, there are tons of exciting games on the board that provide great player prop action. While you can bet on individual player props, you can also build a Same Game Parlay (SGP) with a combination of different wagers to boost your profit. This article will focus on building a SGP for the suddenly highly enticing game between the Jaguars and Eagles, two of the hottest start-up teams in the league.

NFL Week 4 Jaguars vs. Eagles Same Game Parlay
I’m on the Jaguars against the spread this week, and while I grabbed their line at +7 earlier in the week, I would still take it at +7. While the Eagles rank third in sack rate when only rushing four defenders, Trevor Lawrence has been surgical against pressure. Jacksonville is tied for the lowest sack rate in the league at 1.8% despite not having a very good offensive line.
I’m not excited to play the line on Trevor Lawrence’s passing yardage given the road game against one of the better secondaries in the league, but I want to include a player on the Jacksonville side in this SGP. I immediately gravitate towards Christian Kirk. Philadelphia’s outside cornerback tandem should put in work against Marvin Jones and Zay Jones, but Kirk should have the edge against Avonte Maddox in the slot.
Christian Kirk has quickly become Lawrence’s top target in the passing game, and he’s gone over the set line of 62.5 yards in each of his last three games. Kirk has averaged 89 yards per game this year, and Doug Pederson will continue to engineer ways to get him the ball, particularly out of the slot.
On the Eagles’ side, let’s go back to the well with Jalen Hurts. While Jacksonville ranks fifth in defensive EPA per play, Philadelphia’s passing offense has been more electric than any they’ve faced. Hurts leads the league with 8.5 passing yards per play, and he’s averaged 336.5 passing yards per game over his last two outings. You’re getting great value on his yardage prop at 248.5.
Finally, I want to add a Philadelphia receiver to the fold here. While DeVonta Smith has been the guy over the last two weeks with 249 yards, I’m going back to A.J. Brown in this spot. Brown ranks sixth among wide receivers in air yards, and while Jacksonville’s pass defense ranks seventh in DVOA, they haven’t faced a receiver with Brown’s capabilities. I’ll take Brown’s receiving yardage total at 70.5.
You’ll notice that I didn’t include any touchdown scorers in this SGP, and that reduces our overall payout a bit. Both of these teams have deep skill position rooms, and I have less confidence in where the touchdowns will come from in this game. However, I’ll add in an alternative version with the touchdown scorers below. Best of luck on Sunday!
