Serie A Odds For 2022: Title Odds, Top Scorer, & Top Four

Serie A odds have been announced, compare and contrast the best and newest Serie A title odds, top four odds, and more. The current favorite is Inter Milan (), with Juventus () and AC Milan () following close behind.

Right now, these three are top favorites and account for every single Serie A title, 2000-01 with Roma, who currently sit at who win the title this year. However, according to experts, the title race is extraordinarily wide open, especially in comparison to other leagues like the Premier League, which have been deemed two-horse races. None of these top teams are perfect, and none of these teams have a track record lengthening more than a season of title-winning play.

Serie A Odds For 2022-23 Title

The newest 2022-23 Serie A title odds are out. Both Milan teams are vying for favorites in Italy’s top football league. Juventus, Italy’s biggest club, is also in the mix. However, other top teams such as Napoli, Roma, Atalanta, and Lazio are seen as dark horses for the Scudetto.

Seria A Title Favorites 2022-23

Inter Milan ()

Despite heavy transfer rumors revolving around much of Inter Milan’s core, the team has widely stayed intact for the 2022-23 season. Martínez, Bastoni, and Škriniar are all staying put. In fact, the only major outgoings were Perisic and Vecino. Keeping much of the core together while adding Joaquín Correa & reuniting with Romelu Lukaku has led bookmakers to list Inter as the favorite for the 2022-23 Scudetto.

Juventus ()

The 2022-23 Juventus squad is going to look much different as Allegri looks to rebuild the team into the title-winning-power house the squad was for his first stint with Juve. The team let go and sold off many important first-team footballers, de Ligt, Dybala, and Bernardeschi. Juve also raised cash with the sale of Demiral and Mandragora. This has allowed Juve to sign Bremer, one of the rising stars at the center-back position in Serie A. It has also funded the purchase of Chiesa, which became official at the start of the transfer season. The team also got creative with free transfer additions of Di Maria and Pogba; however, the latter is looking to miss a chunk of the season with an injury.

This re-tooling that Juventus has gone through places them at second in odds to win the Serie A.

AC Milan ()

Some Milan fans may feel disrespected by having both Juventus and Inter as the odds-on favorite after Milan was the one to secure the 21-22 title. However, the odds remain close, and Milan did take a hit losing Kessie & Romagnoli this transfer window. The biggest signings thus far for Milan have been Origi, arriving for free from Liverpool, Florenzi from Roma, and the biggest, young star, Charles De Ketelaere. De Ketelaere appeared in 39 matches for Club Bugge last season in the Belgian Pro League, scoring 14 goals and tallying 9 assists. Manager Stefano Pioli will look to the young star to provide a real spark for the team this season.

Roma ()

As the infamous José Mourinho takes on his second season in charge of Roma, he will continue to look to play the same football that has awarded him great success in the past. The low-block and counter-attacking style should suit newcomers Paulo Dybala, Nemanja Matić, and Zeki Celik just fine. The team is quite clearly far from a favorite for the title as the odds jump quite significantly past the top three; however, Mourinho may be looking to continue to raise funds as the transfer window closes. Zaniolohas has been heavily rumored to Tottenham and Antonio Conte this window.

Napoli ()

Napoli has made some huge changes this season, losing Koulibaly, Milik, and Insigne during the transfer window. Pundits and bookmakers alike question whether the team has done enough to replace those absences. The signings include Min-jae Kim and Leo Ostrigard at center-back, André Zambo Anguissa in the midfield, left-back Mathias Olivera, and left winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Manager Luciano Spalletti will have his work cut out for him to get Napoli into the title contention for this year.

Atalanta ()

After a very disappointing 21-22 campaign, Atalanta will look not only to get back into the top 6 of Italy but ideally challenge for a Champions League spot and maybe even a title. The odds are long at this point in time, but the team has made large additions, with Jérémie Boga, Éderson, and Demiral all coming in. Essentially, Atalanta has added a big piece to each section of the squad, attack, midfield, and defense.

Lazio ()

While Lazio has made plenty of good deals this transfer window, the ability to challenge for a title really hangs on the team’s ability to keep Sergej Milinković-Savić, who Juventus have set their eyes on following the injury to Paul Pogba. Even with Savić, manager Sarri has his work cut out for him to challenge to the top-4; but without the Serbian international, the team will be extreme longshots to do anything this season.

Serie A Top Scorer Odds 2022-23

Dušan Vlahović ()

The former Fiorentina star will now be leading the line for Juventus, and with Chiesa still on the injured list, Vlahović looks likely to be the clear leading goal scorer for one of the top teams in Italy. It is also worth noting the addition of Di Maria, a player that will be able to help service Vlahović all season long.

Romelu Lukaku ()

Lukaku is back at Inter after being sold to Chelsea last season for roughly $125m. Many bookmakers have Lukaku above Vlahović as the favorite for top scorer this season; however, he will be sharing many of the goals with Lautaro Martínez. When betting on either Lukaku or Martínez, you are betting on Inter Milan to be a ridiculously high-scoring offense.

Ciro Immobile ()

Immobile knows how to score goals. With a total of 27 in last year’s competition, Immobile will once again look to become the top goalscorer in Serie A. Depending on the bookmaker Circo Immobile is a big value, considering he is really the only big scoring option on a good attacking team in Lazio, and he is coming off of a 27-goal season.

Lautaro Martínez ()

While Martínez did score 21 goals last season, it is hard to see him continue to produce 20+ with the return of Lukaku. If we go back to the 20-21 season, when the two played together, Martínez only banged in 17 goals for Inter.

Tammy Abraham ()

Tammy Abraham was looking like a solid sleeper bet for top goal scorer this season until Mourinho’s squad signed Paulo Dybala. There simply will not be enough goal scoring with Roma this season to sustain a top goal scorer in Italy, in many bookmakers’ opinion.

Victor Osimhen ()

Napoli’s top forward is one of the dark horses in this year’s campaign to get the top scorer position. In general, Napoli as a team will need to play much better to get Osimhen into the race for the golden boot.

Paulo Dybala ()

Dybala is now officially a José Mourinho player, as he signed for Roma late into the window. While Dybala is a fantastic talent and could fit Mourinho’s counter-attacking style well, bookmakers do not predict a 20 goals season out of the Argentine, and it will be hard for Paulo to get into the race for top-scorer.

Luka Jović ()

Jović is coming off of a terrible season with Real Madrid. Even putting the season aside Jović has never really been in the race for top scorer in any of the top leagues that he has played in. This is an extreme long shot. Betting on more than a bounce-back season from Jović, it would be betting on a career year from the Serbian.

Serie A Top Four Odds 2022-23

Compare and contrast the odds for Serie A top 4, for the 22-23 season. Currently, Inter, Milan, Juventus, and Roma lead as odds on favorite to complete the top 4 in Italy this season.

The Serie A is similar to the Premier League in that the top four all make the Champions League. This, of course, unless an Italian team that lands outside the top four wins either the Europa League or Champions League. With so much revenue and prestige up for grabs, the race for the top four is a massive competition in it of itself for many teams in Italy that fade out of title contention.

Serie A To Be Relegated Odds 2022-23

The current odds on favorites to be relegated in the Serie A in 22-23 are Cremonese, Lecce, and Salernitana.
