Panthers Odds Ahead Of Oilers & Avalanche
Unlike other sportsbooks, Caesars has Florida (+700) as the solo favorite to win a third straight Stanley Cup. If the Panthers accomplish this feat, they’ll become the first back-to-back-to-back champion since the Islanders won four in a row (1980-83). After winning two straight, the 2022 Lightning returned to the Stanley Cup final before falling to the Avalanche.
However, Florida isn’t without concerns entering the offseason, with 37-year-old Brad Marchand and Conn Smythe Trophy victor Sam Bennett primed for free agency. Bennett paced the playoffs with 15 goals, including five in the final round against Edmonton. He’s the fourth active player to deliver at least 15 goals in a single postseason run, finishing alongside Oilers forward Zach Hyman, Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin, and Penguins captain Sidney Crosby.
Runner-up Edmonton is next on the list at +750. Connor McDavid, the Oilers’ franchise linchpin, is signed through next season. While they’ll undoubtedly aim to ink McDavid to an extension, he may have his sights set on free agency in a prove-it year for the rest of his teammates.
Edmonton is followed by Carolina, Colorado, Las Vegas, Tampa Bay, and Dallas. Most notably, the Avalanche (+950) will retain 19 out of 23 personnel, including Cale Makar, Nathan MacKinnon, and a healthy Gabriel Landeskog. Over at Circa Sports, Colorado is tied with Florida and Edmonton for the best odds to win the 2026 Stanley Cup.
